Thanks to @FilmoraWondershare for sponsoring this video. Today, I walk around Microsoft headquarters and ask Microsoft software engineers how to get into Microsoft and if they have any other advice. If you weren't aware of it, you'd be surprise how thick the iceberg of connections is when you look inside a company. It's almost nostalgic, and heartwarming to see the whole company embraces the growth mindset they were teaching. The imposter syndrome is hitting hard as I start my job search and get interview experience - I really needed this reminder. ♥ Changing careers is hard!

In the past, when I interview people, I focus on problem solving. I give them an example of the type of problems they will be asked to solve and the candidate to talk through it.

    • @@taibui8038Leetcode shouldn't be a thing period in any giant companies. If you have a high IQ (you don't from reading that comment) then you know Leetcode is available to the world meaning anyone can access it. So, I can make a company and brainwash young minded students like you lol to practice leetcode problems everyday just to pay them in minimum wage better than working at a fast-food industry. When a interview is ready, my students are prepared and passed the interview. In return, I want 25% of their Microsoft salary and the company secrets 🤌 But they're exactly companies does this today... Like communism countries... So... Leetcode shouldn't exist and it's just going to get worse each year for CS students and unversity/college... Most high IQ people will find a way to make serious money from making a software or a product so they're can retired early in life than being in a dead end job. They'll only need a good idea, concept, and most importantly time...
