Are you sure? cause I was there and I didn’t notice, everything seemed normal, people were cheering for him and I didn’t notice any person turning off the lightstick, it was very bright during the whole concert. Maybe some turned them off but it wasn’t noticeable at all. I think those were just rumours Edit: okay apparently there was someone on tiktok saying there was a black ocean but it wasn’t true. Sure, some people turned of the lightstick but they were a really small minority and it wasn’t even close to a mini black ocean

I was there at the concert as well and had a good view to the exo fans' section. Some fans had indeed turned off their lightsticks. It was so noticeable and I was schoked and disgusted, of course not everyone turned off their lighsticks and there were still exo-ls who were cheering, but maaany of them did not

@@Singing_angel15 in that fan call the “fan” wore a lingerie which made Han uncomfortable. He looked away so he won’t make the fan uncomfortable but the fan said for him to look at her. So he did for a few seconds then looked away. The fan didn’t ask anything about his day or what he likes about being in stray kids she just said for Han to look at her. And just so you didn’t know Han has anxiety and she caused him to be really uncomfortable and almost have an anxiety attack. Tbh i don’t really know if the anxiety part is real it’s just what I heard or what I remember but the “fan” really did wear a lingerie on a call with Han and made him uncomfortable.

Yes, that can be how a panic attack presents. It's different for everyone, and they can be different from time to time within an individual as well. Since it operates based on the fight/flight/freeze/fawn responses, which one you jump to can influence how the panic presents even further. If you can understand how things like depression and anxiety can present differently based on the individual, then I'm sure you can imagine that panic is the same. Your brain chemistry will affect it, your neurotype will affect it, even shit like how much dopamine you have can affect how your brain displays panic to a degree. It's literally just an extreme reaction (ie panic) to a current situation, which especially if you have blood pressure issues or asthma, can cause you to only show symptoms of dizziness and feeling like you're suffocated- but of course that can happen to anyone even if they don't have those issues. The dizziness and nausea can be so severe folks will just pass out in severe cases. But the important thing is panic attacks are a spectrum of severity, and what Jennie experienced falls into it. Please stop spreading misinformation- this is why so many folks don't take their symptoms seriously and refuse to get help until it's "bad enough" -a nurse with a psych degree

Are you sure? cause I was there and I didn’t notice, everything seemed normal, people were cheering for him and I didn’t notice any person turning off the lightstick, it was very bright during the whole concert. @@Singing_angel15 in that fan call the “fan” wore a lingerie which made Han uncomfortable. He looked away so he won’t make the fan uncomfortable but the fan said for him to look at her. So he did for a few seconds then looked away. The fan didn’t ask anything about his day or what he likes about being in stray kids she just said for Han to look at her. And just so you didn’t know Han has anxiety and she caused him to be really uncomfortable and almost have an anxiety attack. Tbh i don’t really know if the anxiety part is real it’s just what I heard or what I remember but the “fan” really did wear a lingerie on a call with Han and made him uncomfortable.

Yes, that can be how a panic attack presents. It's different for everyone, and they can be different from time to time within an individual as well. Since it operates based on the fight/flight/freeze/fawn responses, which one you jump to can influence how the panic presents even further. If you can understand how things like depression and anxiety can present differently based on the individual, then I'm sure you can imagine that panic is the same. Your brain chemistry will affect it, your neurotype will affect it, even shit like how much dopamine you have can affect how your brain displays panic to a degree. It's literally just an extreme reaction (ie panic) to a current situation, which especially if you have blood pressure issues or asthma, can cause you to only show symptoms of dizziness and feeling like you're suffocated- but of course that can happen to anyone even if they don't have those issues. The dizziness and nausea can be so severe folks will just pass out in severe cases. But the important thing is panic attacks are a spectrum of severity, and what Jennie experienced falls into it. Please stop spreading misinformation- this is why so many folks don't take their symptoms seriously and refuse to get help until it's "bad enough" -a nurse with a psych degree
