    • Both heroes and legends die and both get remembered (but not always ofc, and not forever-forever). So stupid when people say things don't die. Of course, they don't mean it literally, but being remembered forever is not the same as not dying, cuz they ARE dead. Similar how people say "it was so funny I died", then how the hell did they make that comment? Wish people would type properly instead of this metaphorically nonsense, etc.

Allen somberly told her, "i lost my wife a few months ago".....but Betty said he was very sweet about it and explained why he kept it private.....they began dating not too very long after that. But, even Allen admitted years later that he was taken aback by Betty's beauty and her humor and how she played the game of Password the first day he met her. It's an amazing love story and I only wish Allen hadn't left her so soon, they had almost 18 years of married life together.

  • I could only hope to have that kind of wit and be so put together at 89. We could all also take lessons with how respectful and kind of a person she was.

  • Betty White lived a good, long life and was well loved. Thanks for all the laughs and the ones I've yet to find on KZhead. Positive vibes from New Hampshire, remember to be kind to each other and yourself during this pandemic and social crisis

  • Love this ❤🙂 all the cool game shows from 60'/70's where you had to actually think and task your brain. How fun is that :) Thank you Jimmy Fallon for posting these in honor of Betty White. My own favorite person, Don Sutton, passed on 12/9/2021. He reached 100 yo, a goal of his, on 10/1/2021. The rich history of our elders and families make who we are today and we wouldn't be smart to let the lessons taught get lost 🙂
