Zac Efron gained 15 lbs of muscle to play Kevin Von Erich in the Iron Claw movie. His prep included multiple workouts per day, including old-school bodybuilding, and Olympic lifting on top of the wrestling training.
All the cast playing the brothers gained a significant amount of lean weight, but agreed that Zac was in the best shape. Co-Star Jeremy Allen White (The Bear), noticeably got into great shape for the movie, but said he was "embarrassed to stand next to Zac" because he made him feel so small.
Diet obviously plays a crucial part in this too, and Zac has mentioned how the diet for these types of roles is just not sustainable, and he’s looking forward to eating “regular food”.

This man has Botox/filler face. Jaw surgery doesn’t change the volume of the lips and it sure as hell doesn’t make your cheeks randomly swell 11 years after the fact. He has clearly done oveeboard with the cosmetic procedures, extreme dieting, and highly likely steroid/HGH use.

She has a really bad over bite and they have already told us it may take up to 2 surgery’s to correct it. They can’t touch her tell she 16 though but they said she will most likely need one further down the road as well. Why do actors hide the fact that they do PED's? it's not like it's a competition where steroids can give you an advantage. Actors coming clean about their drug usage would be seriously helpful to the younger crowd growing up with body issues.
It’s not the actors. At least it’s not all of them. I actually think most of them would have the humility and honesty to be transparent about their PED use. Some have egos that probably wouldn’t allow that, but more to the point, their publicists and agents won’t allow it. Not to mention the brand standards of the production companies that employ them as actors. I know coaches that have trained actors and signed NDA’s from those production companies. It sucks that this leads to so much lying and that then creates unrealistic standards that inevitably disappoint people who put tons of effort into themselves and don’t get the results they expect. Destigmatizing the usage of PEDs and creating a more accessible but regulated environment is the only solution I can see. But that probably won’t happen.
