Nobody: NFL: Let’s make comedians and actors who nobody knows to talk about football
@spencer kleiman weird part is I only know two of the ppl you just said lol
@spencer kleiman Why hire any comedians at all? Just hire football analysts to do the commentaries because they actually give you insight about it. There is NO WAY it's any more expensive to hire football gurus to talk about top 10 NFL countdowns than these unfunny hacks who spew whatever garbage comes out of their mouth for the sake of a joke. -.- Seriously, it's like the people making these countdowns think these shows need comedy when in reality nobody cares about that. Football fans watch these for the football aspect of it, not to see wannabe comedians try to be funny and fail miserably at it. I wish they would get a clue about that already.
Budget and maybe trying to show peeps who r closer to fans rather then football playersm...
Says everything about the nfl.
Now that’s funny 😆
The blond lady is just like "I Don't like him or him or him or him or him. In fact nobody should be on this list"
Mad because she never made anyone's list
...I think she wanted women players to be recognized on this list. Why should only MEN be on it, ya know ? Lol
I was thinking the same thing haha. I respect her knowledge of the game, but the editors didn't really make her look good.
She showed a lot of bias with T.O. She threw a lot of shots at him.
Hi Yarrow! I just asked the NFL Films producers to consider players that were incredibly talented BEFORE ESPN and the internet and they edited that out ... but I LOVE this list! I LOVE that Barry Sanders is on the top and LOVE the fact that you enjoy watching NFL Films too!! Hope you have a great day!
Where tf is Bo Jackson? Doesn’t matter that his career was shortened by injury...that man was a highlight just warming up for the game.
I'm glad I saw your comment before I watched it cause I was gonna watch it cause I knew Bo would b on it. Thanks for saving me some time.
Ans I HATE THE RAIDERS BUT BO WAS ONE OF THE TOP TALENTA
Yes bro I'm from Detroit so you know Barry my man but uninjured Bo I don't know bro
Yeah they had some scrubs make this list..."Hollywood" fairytale list
You are so damn right. My favorite back of all time.
Lawrence Taylor. The one thing that impressed me about him more than all his tackles is how quickly he responded to Joe Theismann's injury. At the moment, he wasn't the hard-hitting linebacker but an astute sympathetic human being.
Well they were actually friends too so his mindset was oh my God oh my God Joe!
Great comment….possibly the best ever at his position yet a human
Sympathetic human being. Lawrence Taylor. Yup. Totally.
I'm more impressed by his tackles
Exactly!! JJ watts?!?! Not LT?! Get the f@ck outta hea!

Jacob Welker yah his comedy is great
How do you not have Dante Hall on this list? A guy literally nicknamed The Human Joystick?
That was a bad miss.
Hahahahaha please.
Billie white shoes Johnson. Come on
I was just about to comment that. He can easily replace Devin Hester on here.
FACTS💯
I’m from the Detroit area. Barry deserves to be #1. There’s a small group of highlights that gets played over and over from nationally televised games. Barry did something ridiculous every single week. We were lucky enough to see it.
Bro I grew up in Salem Oregon and my buddies and i would go to the bar just to watch Barry play...not the Lions, Barry! because like u said he would do something unreal every week, most of the time multiple unbelievable plays! My favorite thing ever was after all that jukin , stoppin goin , spinnning he would score, then like he had been there before, he would calmly walk the ball over to the ref , all while his teammates were jumpin around like jackasses, and hand the ball to him and jog back the sideline! Never showing off or dancing, barely even a high five, It was SO MONEY!
Can we please get some more Former nfl players instead of the damn comedians
troy aikman, ladainian Tomlinson, deion sanders, Shannon sharpe, tony romo, tom brady, bill belichick, jimmy Johnson, aaron Rodgers, peyton manning, here is the list.

That was crazy commentary right there by Bo.
no one remembers that hester was a cornerback coming into the league when they talk about how he runs routes. well he was a db hes used to running them backwards
Comedians and actors shouldn't be here. "I didn't know Jim Brown was a running back." Christ sake.
James Brown was an even better singer than a running back. I loved when he did the splits.
If you don't know who Jim brown is then you shouldn't be on here
Jim Brown was a fullback sir
@@koquetsss1906Running back includes halfback and fullback.
He was joking....
Once you realize Vick is 9th and Gronk is 6th as far as human highlight reel, you can take it as just comedy from that point and it makes more sense.
R BZ well said 💪🏽
you must be joking
But I definitely agree to the fact that Devin Hester is higher than Vick. Vick is great, and he was definitely (and I bet you) one of the best to ever play the game. If the guy hadn't screwed up, and he'd played a full career, who knows what the hell we would've saw. Duel threat quarterback at that point in time? Thats just insane... I mean, the dude literally ran faster than defenders could keep up. But Hester changed the game. He single handedly allowed his team to win games. He didn't even need his offense to get on the field cause all he'd do is run the ball to the endzone. The impact is is that that opposing team has to play Offense without rest and when they lose the ball... thats right, its going straight into Hester's hands again.
Anaxilius so you saying Vick didn’t change how defense is played and bring in a new breed off players? Both are amazing but if I had a choice of a prime Vick or Hester Vick is my pick
@@Thomasraymun No doubt Prime Vick was a monster. Defenses couldn't let up because if they did he'd just blaze past them or toss a pass. But Devin Hester? He didn't even give them a shot at defense. He just scored the Touchdown. Besides, I think this is highlight reels. And If I had to choose, all of his returns were something else. And they make fun of him being a receiver but he had some pretty good plays at the receiver position.
T.O. is almost always better than what he gets credit for. His likeability and play off the field clearly affects people's ability to judge his play on the field. Unlike the other wideout on this list, Owens played every down and could be counted on to block 90 yards down field.
Earl Campbell and Billy Sims were monsters before injury
No. Calvin Johnson? That dude was catching touchdowns in double, triple coverage.
Same with beast mode, excerpt not catching a ball. Like, he couldn't be tackled
ya that was my big wtf exclusion, I knew once they announced deion there was no way that the Lions were going to get the top 2 slots (Barry was a pretty obvious #1)
His nickname was Megatron! He got that name from a former player.
And how can you forget Devin Hester....
Soooooo, nobody ever heard of Walter Payton? How was he not on this list ?
JAMES MAUPIN right
Real talk. Threw touchdown, returned touchdowns, kicked, punted, blocked and OH YEAH retired as #1 in rushing yards and yards from scrimmage. Still #2 only to Jerry in scrimmage yards I believe. Dude was phenomenal and the fact that he’s not being remembered properly with time by the rest of the game is appalling.
Ok Walter Payton was one of the greatest of all time but I think his career wasn’t a highlight reel. His greatness came from his shear unrelenting running and refusal to die.
No no Jackson love?
Liam Hulen this thing was made before he was even drafted
Barry sanders had soo many unbelievable plays that resulted in negative 2 yards it’s crazy!
First time seeing and hearing him on tape liked em before, he's one of my favorite players now. Talking bout giving it your all on every play, he epitomized that
Can't believe Walter Payton wasn't on the list. He was no slouch. 😎👍

Earl Campbell for three years with the Houston Oilers 1978-1980 was a human high light film, no question he should of been on this list
As a lifelong Rams fan I’ll never forget my man Isaiah Robertson being sat down by Earl. What most folks don’t get is Isaiah was an awesome OLB. The thing about Earl is how he wore Teams down. He had some of his longest runs in the 4th quarter. Very special player *🤘🏽HORNS•UP🤘🏽*

It’s disrespectful to not put Walter on this list. If I could have 3 runningbacks, they would be Walter Peyton, Ahman Green and Barry Sanders.
Ahmad green? Gimme a break! Jim Brown deserved to be #2. He gets ignored because it happened so long ago.
JP Cote people under appreciate Ahman Green. From 2001-2004, Green was the most productive RB in the league. He had a kind of speed and agility and power that I had never seen. I think he’s a great RB.
I spent this whole video saying, "He in front of Vick?"

Vick Didn't play long enough. I wouldn't have even put him on the list. I would have put Ray Lewis.

@JudgeBullShit not many great ones huh? Lol that has to be the most ignorant response I've ever seen. Why bc were not as flashy? Who's ur favorite team by the way? I bet that u can't name one white person huh? U sound like a racist idiot. I bet u cant name many positions without their being a Hof that's white. I can name 5 off the top of my head that are really good white players. 1. Tom Brady 2. Paul Krause 3. Clay Matthews not the young one he's in the top 5 most tackles 4. Brett Favre 5. Brian Urlacher. I can name more if u would like that aren't QBs also. Any position from lineman to d line. The comment u made was very racist. And just bc were not saying their names everyday, doesn't mean there not good at what they do. Why do u think that lineman get paid so much for? It's bc there the ones making the plays possible for the qb, rb, and wr to happen. Making it possible for them showmakers to make their highlights.
It's probably because they couldn't show any dog fights tho
Basically bottom line D.hester & T.O like how much gronkowski payed these clowns to make it rite after L.T...All time highlight reel yea these ninjas on smak for real like
While Randy Moss belongs on the list, when I think of Moss I think of a rookie wearing the number 33 stripping the ball from him in the endzone to save the victory for the Bears. Greatest Randy Moss highlight ever.
Deion Sanders , Devon Hester & Deonte Hall are the best human highlight reel ever
Barry Sanders?? You got to be joking
Dante Halls name was LITERALLY the Human Joystick!
Anthony A. Wilkerson Tyreke Cohen stole that name from him.......dang
@Brandon Hutsler What? Cohen has only been in the league 2 years. Furthermore, Dante Hall made grown ass men look like boys with some of the plays he made. Hester was a better returner, but Dante Hall was incredible. Hester had better vision and overall speed, but Dante Hall was arguably the most agile returner of all time. Dude could have scored way more TD's if his special team's unit blocked better. Dude was making 3-4 guys miss minimum in order to score.
NO WAY, that Walter Payton didn't make #1. But to not even make The List? Come on man!
He should've been on the list over JJ Watt or Gronk. I don't even know why those 2 are on this list. Payton, Rice, Peterson are some names that come to mind off the top that could've made it over them.
I love Sweetness - but when it came to highlight reel moves, nothing beats Barry Sanders - and no offense but Watt (who is definitely a great player) should not be on the list
To really appreciate Barry Sanders you had to have watched football live back then. I remember just hoping Detroit played on TV this was before you could watch every game and I just hoped they would be on. When they were I was glued to the TV. The phrase on the edge of your seat as cliche as it is it was just true when you felt he was gonna get the ball you were just ready to jump up. I wasnt and never have been a lion fan, but he was the definition of highlight reel! Oh ya Bo Jacksom and Mike Vick??!!?!
We all knew it was gonna be Barry Sanders at one. He just had guys grasping at air the whole game.
How is Dante Hall and Marshawn Lynch not on here. “The human Joystick” “Beast Mode”. Two of the greatest runs of all time. And the “human joystick” I don’t even have to explain.

Im so glad my man Barry Sanders got #1. I literally watch his reels on repeat because the man is insane. I swear he had more yards sideways than he did vertically
So then he does hold the record?
Or how about him running 10 yards back just to make something happen
@charles allan nothing that manning or Brady does is highlight worthy. Their highlights would be pretty damn boring.
lol 😂
Barry actually holds the record for most yards LOST from scrimmage, it's like 1,113 yards lost. The man had no problem getting hit 5 yards in the backfield to get the defense to over pursue the next play or series and break out one of his many TD scampers. There will NEVER be another Barry, I feel privileged to be able to say that I watched hum play!

Devin Hester up there, I'm a Steelers fan and you can see me in many comment sections talking about that....
prime time over vick
@@joshuastutzman9509 Well, if you're talking about WHO IS BETTER, yes. I agree. It's not even close. Deion was a way more important asset to his team. But, Vick had the ball in his hands EVERY PLAY. And, Deion Sanders, sometimes, wouldn't even have a ball THROWN in his direction.
Barry deion vick But deion was the most talented being that he scored from almost every position punt,Kick returned, int,wr, and RB. If you ask me hes #1
@Drew Biggah I hear what you're saying. But, I'm ranking my guys, basically, on top-end speed COMBINED with lateral quickness COMBINED with their ability to change directions & stop and go. Moss is a high-light reel player. No doubt. But, MOST of his highlights were just him turning on STRAIGHT LINE speed. Moss' straight-line speed, and jumps, were LEGENDARY. But, he wasn't known for his lateral quickness. Moss is like a horse, fast, but primarily only in one direction. Vick/Sanders were like Bunnies. Fast, and can change directions. You'll notice that it's the shorter guys tend to be better "highlight reel" type of players. (AB, Hall, OBJ, etc. All of them under 6'.) Tall guys don't have ALL the advantages.
I am glad that Hester made it onto this list. The guy made watching punt and kick returns interesting. To bad he never developed into a decent wide receiver.
Donte hall did it before but doesn't get any credit but both definitely deserve to be on this list
Ion think he ever was a receiver I believe he was a DB turned Wide Out
I do think JJ Watt deserves to be on this list, dude was the only reason to watch the Texans back then. As a biased Bears fan, Hester and Payton top my charts though. As a young kid, we used to bathroom break during punts, but then Hester started playing and we couldnt do that anymore because we'd miss something special. We started doing it on offense instead lol
Walter Payton was the most complete player of all time.
If Devin Hester is in there then Dante Hall has to be higher cud if not that's B.S..
Same I was hella disappointed not to see him on this list
Hester had the same amount of return TDs in his first 2 years as Dante Hall had in his entire career. Dante Hall is a beast but nobody could do it like Hester could.
Dante Hall wasn't as consistent and didn't stay in the league as long as Hester did.
@@SYC1996 Hester had more plays for TDs for sure, and had better receiving numbers when the Bears tried him at receiver. However as far as highlight reel plays, those were what Hall was made of when he really got in the zone and made guys look silly even with little blocking. Hall had such good body control he could be in trouble with 2 or 3 tacklers trying to get him and he'd somehow find a way out of there.
I watched every game Barry played in and I can say, I wouldn’t leave to go to the bathroom when the offense came on because you felt like you might miss the greatest play ever...
1 year ago and I’d say I’d agree
Born and raised a Detroit Lions fan. Thanksgiving Day meant Barry Sanders day. I'm not saying that Barry Sanders was the best running back of all time (I think he is), but there is NO DEBATE that Barry Sanders was the most exciting and fun player to watch of all time. Also the classiest guy to ever play the game. (I DO have a problem with his father not saying that he was the best running back of all time on his HOF acceptance speech, though. Damn, it's your kid, getting his HOF jacket, praise your son, not James Brown.)

@@reedsawyer6437 His relationship with his father was probably the strongest relationship a father can have with his son. He loved and respected Barry!!
They hired comedians for this because not a single current or former NFL player would support 1-10 on this list! They need to redefine their definition of human highlight!
Dante Hall, Ed Reed, Junior Seau, Marshawn Lynch, Pat Mahomes, Dan Marino, Adrian Peterson, Bo Jackson, Calvin Johnson, Randall Cunningham, Brett Farve, Chris Johnson, receivers from the 2000s and their td celebrations , etc.
Where is Troy Polamalu 🤦🏽♂️
Man again almost turned this off when Vick came up as #9.... wtf is wrong with yal!?!?!
Calin Brinley and no walter payton.
Same .. #9????? Naw
Can we all just take the time to appreciate 3 things that the most electrifying highlight reel player was so damn dominant and good that 1. He did it playing his entire career on a bad team. 2. Retired when he was still at the top of his game and had ran for over 2000 yards within a couple years of hanging it up. 3. Didn't have a ounce of showboating in him. ALWAYS handed the ball to ref after a score,, no dancing or chest pounding.. A pure competitor that just wanted to win. Could have easily broken Walter's record.
Yeah huh, I noticed that too. Absolutely no showboating at all. Such class.
How can you make this list without Bo Jackson...WOW!!
