Zapier just launched ZAPIER CENTRAL! 💥 Trying it out and setting up a Customer Support Bot

Zapier just dropped the news: Zapier Central is the new all-in-one chatbot that:
- Performs actions on your behalf
- Act autonomously as per your instructions
- Has access to Knowledge Sources
It's still in a Beta phase and you can feel it but I'm super excited with the direction this is going.
