  • I worked at Chipotle for 10 years and I have seen my share of Karens and male equivalents but I had a Karen once that asked for me to refund her bowl because she forgot it in her car over night and it went bad, not that any we did was wrong, but she forgot to take it out of her car. I told her we couldn't refund it because it wasn't our error. She couldn't believe or accept my answer. How do people have the audacity for such a request?

  • I work fast food, I have ran into several Karen's This is my favorite story. This woman came to our fast food drive-thru in a brand new showroom car that wasn't even hers, when giving her her food she flipped her bag upside down and chili spilled all over her. The lady wanted a refund for the car even though she didn't own the car yet. Luckily my district manager was there and was able to shut down that woman's complaint.
