Baojun Yep, a subcompact car produced by Wuling Baojun. It is almost the same car as Wuling Air EV which we had back in May, but it is so overpriced.
Do you choose the look over the experience? Or the other way around?
00:00 Many reviews of Baojun Yep
00:28 The dismatched exterior design
02:00 Check out the interior (uncomfortable seat)
02:29 The bumpy and loud ride
03:28 The creative back screen
03:53 Hidden space in the front?

If people would regret this, then they are idiots. It’s not like it is hiding its short wheelbase. Just like the Suzuki Jimny/ Samurai it had the same ride characteristics and people bought tons. Accept it for what it is.
This car is the solution for budget market. Not a luxury product. I think Chinese automotive are coming up with affordable cars for commuting.
It looks 10x better than the Wuling Air which its being compared to. Just a reminder that it sells in China for like $11K. If you want a Range Rover then pay Range Rover money! Looks like a good, fun budget option to me.
Miss, based on your REVIEW which has a lot of CONs, can you then PROVIDE US with a KZhead EV Review of a SIMILAR EV with more or less the SAME PRICE TAG that does not show the same problems you mentioned? Thank you.
Where can I get one in US?
If i were thw company owner or the dealer, i will band this woman to review any of my products. It's good to tell the truth but you shouldnt compare it a pricey car. That is stupidity
I still want it no matter how many faults you can find
You have a car with short wheelbase, of course, you should feel bumpy. Same with my previous Toyota IQ, it was a ultra small car with short wheelbase. The Chinese are doing the best in terms of designs these days. Try comparing it with another similarly sized EV made in another country, you will notice how advance these Chinese EVs are. Second point, these are inexpensive EVs, people in America always whine how expensive EVs are in the USA. Here, Chinese EV makers are solving this issue. Anyone with a working mind should learn how to appreciate their efforts.
Thank you for reply, my friend. What May did not mention is under the same price range, there are Chinese EVs with same good look, bigger cabin space, longer range, and better rear suspension. We will consider include those in the future!
Is this a review or just whining ?
The design probably geared for the Asian market.
wait what?? it has a mini fridge in the front????
May misses the point of this car by 300 kilometers.
some comments are cherry-picking for such a short wheelbase budget car. Suggest that you go buy the ZEEKER X, it is much more luxury, comfortable and well-equipped.
1:50 ms. I think it's use for over rooftop
I love this car only sorry you can't get it in Spain 😊😊😊😊
Will people 6 feet 5 inches tall fit in one of these?
Great review! I guess that it's so bouncy because of the very short wheelbase. Looks really nice, even with its shortcomings 😉
The Shocks are too stiff
we love it... like the jimny, it has it's shortcomings... but it's pretty
different strokes for different folks also if you have the money you will not buy that just saying
It reminds me also of a Lada Niva. I like it but I can see how all of its tiny quirks could be annoying really quickly. Luckily I doubt people would spend upwards of an hour in that car on the best of days unless they were stuck in gridlock...
Terrible review, didnt look like you was slipping and didnt open the door properly 😂😂
If you want a Iuxury car then go buy nio, hongqi, zeekr or avtr….this is made for the budget conscious users that need to get from point A to point B…american as usual belittling chinese cars when living in CHINA…what a surprise
It's new. Everything is overly firm and stiff until It breaks in. Rather than being perfect for the first year and then degrading to be too soft and mushy for the rest of the time you own the car.
You are judgemental against China.
Yep? Nope.
