  • Is this being produced by Sonic Team? If so, all they needed was time and an actual budget eh, Sega? For real tho, this is basically Mario 3d World + Bowser's Fury, a new game bundled with an old one, then yeah, choosing Generations was their best bet lol. The graphics are gorgeous, the animations are smooth, SHADOW IS PEAK AGAIN GUYS!

  • My only real wish/concern with this remaster, is how they tackle Shadow's character. Given how Sega's mandates have hold the character back from what he originally was in SA2, Heroes, 06 and made him into more of a angry all the time edgelord. However, given how his character was in the Idw Comic's Eggperial City Arc, Sonic Prime and even his Fast Friends Forever bio. I'm going into this hoping that Sega is letting go of the mandates, and are allowing Shadow's character to flourish, and let him be what he originally was in the older sonic game titles. With all of that being said, I AM HYPED FOR THIS REMASTER!

It was a fun, good game, nothing too crazy, but ultimately felt like a springboard of new ideas and experimentation. Being the start of a new chapter for Sonic, and I can’t wait to see what brand new games and stories for Sonic, this will yield.

  • Sonic X Shadow Generations was just listed on xbox one! And it has a more better description saying how sonic, classic sonic, and shadow are gonna team up TOGETHER, to defeat black doom in which was “re awoken” . Shadow goes into the past to defeat black doom, while the sonics are still in the white space world. Theres also a screenshot which wasnt revealed, and it shows both sonics standing and staring at 3 new unrestored worlds! The first looks like radical highway, the other 2 are difficult to tell, this leaves them more opportunity to possibly add omega, big, and who knows what character is in the 3rd unrestored world 👀

  • it’s safe to say that Ian Flynn wanted to wait before focusing on shadow. Frontiers re characterised Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and Eggman in their correct ways. so obviously they wanted to wait before having a main focus on Shadow’s character, the one character they arguably fumbled the most and fans are most unhappy with. so hopefully Sonic X Shadow Generations gives Ian Flynn the opportunity to correct the mistakes and bring back Shadow’s real nature.
