Recipe Ingredients:
For the Chicken Marinade:
Chicken with bones : 1 kg
Yogurt : 200 gram
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Lemon juice : 2 tbsp
Salt : 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1 tsp
Now cover it and rest it for 1 hour and 30 minutes
For the Chicken Frying/Preparing:
Oil : 1/3 cup
Clove : 3-4, Black pepper : 4-5, Bay leaf : 1, Cinnamon : 1, Cumin : 1/2 tsp, Cardamom : 2
Cook it for a few seconds on medium high flame
Marinated chicken
Now cook it for 2 minutes on high flame
Cook each side for 1 to 2 minutes
Now pour yogurt mixture
Add 2 tbsp of water in a same bowl of yogurt
Now cover it and cook it for 15 to 18 minutes on low medium flame

Corn flour : 1 tbsp
Water : 3 to 4 tbsp
