I wonder if any of those men survived.
Rodger McFarlane committed suicide in 2009 due the excruciating pain he felt due to back problems. He had heart issues also.
Many of the men working with the GMHC did die in the mid to late eighties.

What these young men went through truly breaks my heart. Soy many boys lost to this awful epidemic. So many wonderful souls that had their whole life ahead of them, and did nothing to deserve what came to them, may they all rest in peace. 😢😢
