Well, it will only get harder as she gets older. And forget about school/daycare. Fast, frequent, and fearless. Leave fast, do it often so she gets used to it (even if it's for a few mins) and don't come running back when you hear her cry, be fearless, she's okay. Mom's and dad raised y'all, they know what they're doing.
