Fender benders are about to become much more expensive
I was hoping for a bike concept and the return of the Honda Legend
I would love a new Honda legend!
A bike concept is much needed!
The Legend lived on up until 2023 in Japan. Some of us last saw it as the discontinued 2021 Acura RLX
Nice to see that despite being late to the EV party, Honda is now headed in the right direction. Now spend that $18B to upgrade/build new EV factories here in Canada!
seeing Canoo vans everywhere
I much preferred the design and styling of the Honda E, they just needed to improve the spec and the price of that car and they would of been onto a winner
I still love my Honda e, like the first day after 2.5 years BUT Honda have abandoned it. Only ONE minor OTA update in the whole time I have had it. Shame.
Reminds me of Johnny Cab from Total Recall
Now thats a beautiful automobile ❤
I think they look cool. Dunno how practical they’ll be. I’m sure a few parts of this design philosophy will trickle down to production vehicles.
The black one looks very nice
That saloon is inredible
Someone's been playing Cyberpunk 2077 XD
you could remove the driver seat and design a car as a living room, driver with AI, and controlled from the table of the living room, which could be a giant tablet to play games or movies.
I swear I've seen that white car in the Halo 2 campaign, lol.
We need a new version of the fabulous Honda e. Nice ans cute design, not too big, fun to drive, screens integrated to the dashboard, camera rear mirrors, 400km wltp...
Can't wait until i can get one of these in 30 years
Too much concepts just release the product
Honda had another concept car shown back in 2014 and it never released LOL!! concepts are no point
Looks like a canoo EV
Those taillights look sick!
cool
Honda will be the best in World!!!!
I trust Honda 100% They know how to make a great car.
Looks like it got a motel 6 BBL 👀🤔🤣🤦🏽♂️
Whose head of design 😂😂😂
An ex retired kitchen smart fridge and toaster designer If i had to guess
Hello ❤😍🌹 Have good day
Li mega !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dear Honda: simple -- how about an electrified S2000 (convertible)??? I would buy it in a heartbeat. And drive it myself, without all the computerization. Thank you.
Looks cool, but putting a screen that big on the front bumper is a really bad and impractical design decision.
Too many promises but no action,,Honda san 😊
guys, im not racist but watch this video with subtitles and in 1.5x speed. Otherwise, you will need new brain 😅
...new CRX ?
You can feel it when an empire is going down
I am not a racist person, and i am not a fluent English speaker myself . But damn this accent, tbh it'd be much better if they spoke in their native language and had subtitles
That IS racist
@@TametheTiger Yes, idk how else to put it, there's no hateful or discriminatory motive at all behind this. My vocabulary is just incapable of expressing this particular thought without sounding racist.
USE CLOSED CAPTIONING if you have trouble... I did but that's OK. He's Japanese and I expect a thick lovely accent. It would expect him to as one of Honda's upper management. Same if you were Indian, for example... Or even Middle England... That's how I had to watch Coronation Street here in Canada because the accents were pure Middle England and I'm Western Canadian. Same language but speech patterns are light years apart...
its not even that bad, I've heard way worse. Like a german person who lived in france their whole life and now trying to speak english, its something else when you hear two accents mixed
They sound fine for me. There's a few words I'm not picking up, but their English is solid.
That looks too futuristic for my taste... lets give it another 20 years at least.
how is honda going to rely on GM to produce honda passports in numbers when GM has indicated to scale back.
There not working with GM...
Mann now the logo just looks like Mahindra's new logo 😅😅
As a foreigner (English is not my first language), I think it's OK for me to say this: they need to send people who can speak decent English to such shows. And their previous attempts were overpriced, way off the mark in Europe or anywhere, really
Dawg don't be racist
@@iamconforming12homie did you even read he said he’s not American
@@rutabega306They are ESL and would rather hear someone with more fluency to better understand the speaker. That's not racist, that's better accessiblity.
CC all the way
I thought it would be better for them to speak in their native language and to have subtitles on the screen in multiple languages.
Its not releasing
All these concept cars and they never release. Honda had another concept car back in 2014 and it never released LOL!!!
If those are concepts, like gawd damnnn lol incoming ugly train? you cant think people want to drive those uglymobiles?
english would be nice
Not enough charging stations , ev cars are still to expensive and the batteries are still using old tech.
Honda's concept car is totally copying China's Li mega production car.
No everyone is using the same shape cause it's the most aerodynamic, look up Hyundai seven concept, and mini urbanaut concept
goofy ahh car
lower quality and add leds that spells profit for the future lol. I can barely see when 4x4 trucks use leds now lets put a television on the leds lol man seems to be getting dumber faster than ever
So much talk and saying nothing. Honda is in deep trouble..
Can they get spokespeople, that speak clear English please. I know that sounds bad, but I've got to put the subtitles up, just to understand what they're saying.
Clean your ears. They got their point across just fine 😂
@@Joe_2025 that was funny
I agree chefkris44, I can't understand a damn thing these speakers are saying. It's presented in terrible broken english. I had to turn subtitles on too just to understand them. Kinda sad Honda.
@@t1ght86it's not broken. It was never established. They can't help it man. Born and raised in Japan myself, we really don't have much opportunities to speak English at all. Imagine you have to prepare an entire presentation in Japanese. and you don't wanna have somebody else to do it for you, cuz it's a product you worked on for a long time. That's their position.
You get a guy that barely speaks english giving a speech that Americans can barely understand. Fail honda.
It is a Japanese company, so...
@@ncfldtw2422 Honda has massive amounts of money. They can hire a US brand ambassador who will convey a superior eloquent marketing demonstration that will easily surpass a fumbling Japanese mans loss for translation.
Wtf are you saying bro
Wow that van looks ugly. Companies should understand that if you want to be successful make the car look good. If it's a taxi or Europe it might be successful. The only reason tesla was successful was cause the cars look nice.
One slight problem, NO INFRASTRUCTURE! and one thing most importantly is charging time. It's the reason people aren't buying EV'S. No new battery technology, so typical of Asian cars bells and whistle don't replace practically. Inconvenience is key in any product. 8 minutes to gas up compared to 8 hours of charging. Another potential problem are the vehicles catching fire during charging, the hazardous vapors and huge amounts of water to extinguished them. Old battery technology could easily kill the EV industry.
All they have to do is adopt the NACS and they will have the infrastructure
Exactly. Infrastructure is there. There’re not going the the alpha concept like their robot falling down the steps. I trust Honda
WHAT? Your house doesn't have electricity, KANYE? Then you shouldn't have ripped it out of the wall in a fit of madness!!!
Not even REMOTELY true... Here in Canada Tesla has a network that can take you from Victoria to Halifax and we were built out AFTER the USA had several trans-national networks... And besides 60% of people charge at home overnight using L1... Aka your regular wall socket...
@@stickynorth we are already burning fossil fuel for the electricity we use now, adding EV'S Would mean burning more fossil Fuel for that demand, people are also not buying because of inconvenience due to charging. BTW I don't stoop to lowering my mentality to a stupid rapper. Batteries need to be revolutionized to be effective and efficient.
This design is horrible-terrible. Better nothing than this.
Just pay someone who speaks English well. It's so difficult to understand what they're saying. It doesn't have to be the person in charge of the department or whatever
Boring presentation as always
EVs won't sell. 95% that buy them, regret it.
electric cars are horrible
I dislike this. Too much useless and expensive stuff. True car lovers want reliable things: Reliable engine, reliable parts and which is more important - that you could fix it yourselves. Looking at all this futuristic stuff - it is so dystopian, ugly, and not reliable at all. Like, what is the purpose in owning a car, when everything you you do is sitting there. AI will drive you to the needed place itself. It will park itself. It will repair itself?.... What is the purpose of owning your own car then. Sheesh, better make a public transport more comfy. Driving a car nowadays feels more like driving a PC and not like driving a vehicle. Future is boring with 0 purpose.
See this is where we recognize their different people's in the world. Because I have a car but I do not enjoy driving cars. Now. I don't necessarily trust the technology at this point to do all that they described for me. But if we can safely and reliably arrive there, by all means... And I hope there's space for people like you who want to drive. 😮
I’m sure the production versions will be more toned down and normal. No way Honda is actually gonna be sending cars that look straight out of cyberpunk
And car Lovers account for how much of the consumer base?
@@guyfawkes8873 tbf if the concepts somehow end up looking like this in production (they won’t), I doubt even regular consumers will find it appealing.
I do not understand year by year all these Asian companies doing the same thing over and over again. Terrible English and terrible presentation, I do not understand what they are talking about, why they are doing this ?????? I think the correct way to do a presentation is to hire someone who speaks english like an American or English and he or she is a professional representative. if you are presenting your new product in the global arena for the international market do it the right way, it is 100 % great if you have inside your country for local market presentation speak your native language for your people but when you come to international market hire someone who can very beautiful way talk and represent your product, imagine yourself, for example, you have very very bad and poor French or German or English pronunciation but you have a product to show some company with who you want to collaborate them and starting to talk in front of companies CEO like this where no one can understand you it is like Rush Hour movie ‘’ do you understand the words that come from my mouth ‘’ 😂😂😂😂. To be fair this Honda presentation just a little understandable but look Xiaomi or Huawei or sometimes Samsung or LG
