    • Yao Komedja Honestly, I have and it’s the weirdest thing. They just want to be “taken care of” or something. I don’t know. What I’m saying is it’s not a convenient equality because usually equality has to do with some right, like the right to better pay or the right to an opportunity not previously afforded. Often the mentality that wants guys to pay for everything is actually stemming from hegemonic masculinity where men are expected to be providers-its an unfortunate mindset rather than a lacked right.
