these videos are not for entertainment, they are clearly "fair dealing" under UK copyright law and are exempt as they are reporting current affairs, as I am sure you are aware UK courts "bear in mind that considerations of public interest are paramount".
UK courts see the fair dealing defence usually only applies when part of a work has been taken such as small clips as per my youtube videos.
Reporting of current events
Under Section 30(2), fair dealing using any work for the purpose of reporting current events, with sufficient acknowledgement, is a valid exception to copyright. Photographs are excluded, however; Cornish, Llewelyn and Aplin write that this is "in order to preserve the full value of holding a unique visual record of some person or event" (18TH APR 2018) Subscribe for more Nigel Farage.

    • I have really studied WW2. Hitler was a proven liar and constantly broke his promises. Of course he offered the hand of peace to buy more time so England would continue to appease him as he grew stronger and acquired more land and industrial might. At some point further down the line the British Empire and Nazi Germany were on collision course whether Churchill took us to war or not. Hitler new the situation and were he stood when Britain and France made a packed that if Hitler attacked Poland they would no longer sit back and appease. This was the red line that Hitler crossed and it couldn't be ignored.

      @bieituns@bieituns6 жыл бұрын
    • Hitler admired the British and believed that the British were the Aryan race so I'm sure if Hitler had won the British people would not have been put into concentration camps like the Jews, but its all hypotheticals as to what would happen if Hitler had won. But my own opinion is that the British Empire would have fallen under Nazi rule and a German Empire would have risen and Churchill would have gone down in history as the coward who lost the British Empire instead of the hero who sacrificed the British Empire. As for the Hitler wanting to reclaim land that was once German, it is similar to the situation we had recently we Putin and the Crimean. Sometime issues can get blurred and complicated and you can see both sides of the argument but either way a line had been drawn in the sand by the British and the French that action would be taken if Hitler attacked Poland. Everyone knew the situation but as usually Hitler kept pushing and taking the piss. Give these people an inch and they will take a mile.

Then they start WW2 and lose that war, followed by losing their Union which is all about Germany having full control of mainland Europe but the people of Europe don't want it!

  • Nigel, America has NO ONE even approaching your brillance,,wit, and delivery with impeccable verbiage and diction. This is veracity with verve and edgy must listen to superb speeches. Any worthwhile high end dinner engagements should pay you to attend. You set the pace and then nail it by substanchiating all your views with hard facts. Anyone with opposing views must quake when trying to out maneuver your verble gymnastics. Why oh why hasn't the queen knighted you not that you care. It seems they hand them out like lollipops to everyone else. We need you to counteract the swirling whirlpool of money clutching and most likely blackmailed stooges they loosely call 'leaders '. You must be hysterical in private. Please do a script with tracy Ullman. Maybe faux date with her changing identities and face in every episode. I don'tallow a tv in my house but just might rent one for you two. Keep it real mr.
