Taylor writes “ALL” her songs period. Her biggest focus is music. Not endorsements. Even Jennifer Lopez is a singer making hits but you don’t see her with this. And Taylor has done a lot of behind the curtains philanthropic work. These awards are given to people who deserve them. The crazy thing is we’re already in 2023 now and she’s *still* the front runner for the next artist of the decade with folklore winning AOTY, Midnights being one of the most successful albums of all time (and will probably win AOTY next year), and the eras tour being, what, the top grossing tour of all time or something? How is she peaking AGAIN at 33 on her 10th album? She’s a legend. There really isn’t any way to deny it at this point.

I’m a Taylor swift fan but even if you aren’t I don’t think anyone can deny how hard she works. To be able to stay relevant this long and reinvent herself so many times is phenomenal, not many artist can do that as successfully as she has. Regardless of anyone’s personal opinion of her or even if some dislikes her music (which is totally valid as everyone has different taste) it’s impossible not to respect her work ethic and dedication to her music.

What happened to Taylor's career from the release of Folklore to the Eras Tour to becoming the first entertainer to be named Time's Person of the Year is just mind-blowing, i never saw it coming and i've been a Swiftie since 2010.

Carole King was 100 percent right when she said the best is yet to come. Not only did Taylor create 3 albums during the pandemic to escape from the world but she re-recorded Fearless and Red. But she didn’t stop there she created a 15 minute short film for her 10 minute song All Too Well. Then she went and created midnights with the Iconic song Anti Hero. She is now getting ready for her eras tour which I heard will be amazing. I hope the next thing she will drop will be the Speak Now Taylor’s Version!!!

weather you like it or not those women are insane vocalists so they arent short of talent or musicianship. Beyonce is a vocal producer and insnae at layering her vocals and composing intricate melodies and so does ariana with her harmonies. Just because Taylor swift musicianship manifests predominately in her songwriting doesnt negate Beyonce’s musicianship which predominantly manifests in her vocals. All three women are phenomenal talents weather you like it or not, and i have a hunch they are all more talented than you but I digress.

She totally deserves Icon Award. Not only has the world criticised her but she also has been dumped by assholes who don’t deserve her. People criticised her for having people co write her music but other singers have done that too. She’s the only singer who writes her own music.
