As an American with Russian roots, I am so happy that you decided to highlight Russian athletes. Of course there are others... Zverev whose parents immigrated to Germany right before he was born, Stefano, whose mom is Russian and who, he said, instilled the love and discipline for tennis in him, and Shapovalov as well. Please do more!

    • Woe woe, I definitely didn't mention Elena for her backhand. She is my all time favorite but I know her strengths and weaknesses. Bh was solid, but not a strength. She barely ever went down the line because her stance was often too open. Elena's fh on the other hand was top notch and a weapon. Just was hoping she'd have gotten more of a mention.
