What are turbo cancers? Part 1: IgG4 effect on immune cells (update 136)

2024 ж. 4 Сәу.
68 545 Рет қаралды

This is the first installment of a series dedicated to the molecular biology of unusual types of cancers called hyperprogressive disease that are colloquially referred to as “turbo cancers” (not a term used in medicine). In this episode, we provide the first ever published evidence of how IgG4 antibodies can play a role (in conjunction with other molecular events) in the development of turbo cancers.
What we cover:
*Turbo cancers exist in medicine but are called hyperprogressive disease
*Turbo cancers appear to require 3 elements in the same environment:
*cancer presence,
*high IgG4 levels and
*high glutathione levels
*IgG4 immune checkpoint inhibitors used in cancer treatment
*Hyperprogressive disease (turbo cancers) first described after the use of immune checkpoint inhibitors that were IgG4
*Molecular understanding of how it happens only emerged in the last 5 years
*Turbo cancers are still emerging knowledge as only a handful science papers published
*2019 study of turbo cancer patients shows unique immune cell behaviour in cancers
*2019 study of turbo cancers in mice provide genetic background predisposition

  • I have 3000 neighbors and a massive group of friends, family, and co-workers. I only know 1 person who died from Covid. She got 5 shots. Complied and Died. Now I know 20 people who have cancer and the jabbed keep getting sick every other month. The unjabbed are completely fine.

    • Unjabbed nurse, here. Been around covid sufferers for almost 4 years. I did catch covid once, but my jabbed colleagues have had it 2 or 3 times. And the jabs do not seem to help senior patients, either; they get covid every year, not to mention lots of DVTs, pulmonary embolism, various heart problems, strokes, et cetera. Lots of sepsis, as well.

    • I was one of the unjabbed who would go on Hold The Line events where we stood on major road sides( not in the road) and held boards showing the Governments own statistics from their websites.that proved things were not adding up and the only excess deaths started when the jabs started and when sick old people with all kinds nds of illness was forced out of hospitals and into care homes.I can see the correlation between the complacency of mass government induced death during the lockdowns due to untreated all illness and suicide etc and the complacency of the public around the very public Genocide in Gaza. The same people who will berate me for calling it that are the ones who told me I was a disease spreading granny killer even though I am nearly 60.Those very same people are noticing and outraged by how much death they see among their peers. They will be bleating about Genocide too in ten years time.

    • My uncle was rushed into hospital, aged 42, diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and died 3 weeks later. My mother was diagnosed with lung cancer and died 9 weeks later. Both were unvaccinated. Both pancreatic cancer and lung cancer can reach an advanced stage with few or no symptoms, hence the reason why they died so quickly after diagnosis. Whilst the number of deaths are increasing, we need more research and information on the effects of the V versus non-V.

They refused to take her seriously for 2 months through covid, until a visiting Dr in emerg sent her for an ultrasound and found 2 tumours in her lung. She died within 2 months AT her first oncologist appt, she was then packed with cancer from bowel to brain. Then my friend's husband died 6 months later and now my uncle was just diagnosed - the same lung cancer my mom had. Its been 7 weeks and still he hasn't seen an onologist. Each were vaccinated. SOMETHING IS GOING ON. Thank God Dr Campbell had gathered the most respected Cancer Dr in the UK and they are showing all their research on Dr Campbell's youtube page. THESE PEOPLE MUST PAY.

It beats fast whenever it wants. My resting heart rate goes as low as 45. I get faint, sweaty, and dizzy from standing still. I lost 53 pounds since October because I have zero appetite and if I do eat I’m nauseated. I can’t believe I have lost 53 pounds in 6 months 😮!! My BM is narrow like a pencil and the color of sand. I’m scared to say the least. I can’t work FT anymore because I’m exhausted if I do so I work PT. Can’t be seen until July because the doctor is booked 🙄 I was a very healthy young woman until I got forcibly vaccinated. Im serious I feel I am dying. Something is attacking my entire body and it all started with the forced vaccine.

She started having pains in her right back in June 2023. Had an MRI and they found cancer in her right lung AND her spleen (left side). She was already in Stage 3. It spread so fast to her liver, kidney and had such serious fluid build up around her lung, that they couldn't get a grip on her pain but wouldn't drain it. They gave her until Feb. 2024, moved her to hospice. She didnt make it to Christmas. She had 5 jabs, going to her grave saying it would save her life. She had covid in hospice and passed away 2 weeks later. This was in Calgary. Still in shock.

Sister age 38 at time - diagnosed with Horner’s syndrome and also developed acute appendicitis (Had JJ) 2. Brother 46 at time: swollen teste of unknown cause and now has elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) level and unknown diagnosis of inflammation 3. My mother: rapid onset vascular dementia. Symptoms started to appear Sept 2021 - officially diagnosed after MRI Aug 2022. 4. My father: onset of prostate cancer, no prior symptoms or family history. Also chronic eye pressure issues that are STILL unmanageable despite numerous treatments and doctor visits. 5. Stepdad: sudden onset heart issues - April 2022 needed quadruple bypass and April 2023 then gastrointestinal and gallbladder suddenly found “attached to other organs” - he’s a long time diabetic and has consistent doctor appointments and nothing flagged for these issues 6. My daughter age 21: chronic inflammation of unknown origin or diagnosis despite MRI and multiple tests, also debilitating periods with extreme bleeding pain and time frame This is just immediate family - this is not even friends and acquaintances

Although I have some good understanding of biochemistry and medicine and bodily cell functions from school and university, I'm not a healthcare professional. I would assume most of your viewers aren't. Sometimes I find it difficult to follow a video, as it would require me to memorize and remember all the previous knowledge from all the other videos. A summary would be nice that addresses the following points: - Who is more likely to have IgG4 antibodies? - Are people with autoimmune diseases more or less likely to be affected (because their natural immune system is out of hand already anyway)? - Are people with a strong immune system more or less likely to be affected? - Are people with disease XYZ more or less likely to be affected - What can be done by the patient to influence IgG4 production in a positive way? (Vitamins, Food, Sunshine, Sports etc.) - What is a typical genetic disposition to be affected most? - How much does it matter how many injections one got? (1, 2, 3, 4 etc.) And why? You addressed all of that in your various videos. That is why a 15 minute summary would be so nice. Simple yes/no answers, short lists. without big explanation as the explanation would be in your normal video.

HOWEVER, in episode three I will discuss how another anti-cancer IgG4 antibody like Nivolumab which has extra mutation in the Fc stalk completely prevented the negative aspect of IgG4! It is Tislelizumab and works on same target as Nivolumab (anti-PD-1) so you can bring this up with your doctor. It appears like there is no risk with that medication because glutathione cannot prime that antibody towards negative functions that can sometimes be seen with Nivolumab IgG4. Worth discussing with your doctors and hear their opinion! All the best to your family and stay hopeful because my recent studies on cancers have shown that we have seen amazing improvements in successfully treating kids!

    • There is a horrible cancer case in my own family: my sister in law. She takes the three shots, the last one in 2021 in the fall. Then in June 2023 is diagnosed with stage four breast cancer. In January 2024, diagnosed with cancer lymphoma followed shortly by another devastating diagnosis: bone cancer. In a matter of three weeks she's paralyzed from the waist down. Then in late March she ends up in the hospital with chest pain. Diagnostic: pulmonary embolism. Anyone telling you that those agresive cancers have nothing to do with mRNA injections, is lying to you.

    • @casskidd1 I have seen studies in which mice were given the equivalent of around 60mg of NAC per KG of bodyweight for humans when studying its effect on cancer. That's quite a lot.. I'm 87KG so by those calculations I'd need to take 5.22g of NAC daily to be on par with the amount given in the trials, which isn't realistic for anyone IMO. I take 600mg of NAC maybe twice a week.

The Big Trees State Park in Arnold, California features some of the largest Trees on Earth. If you like moderate climbing and hiking, the Pinnacles State Park is fun. You can also see the rare California Condor!

    • I do not practice medicine, I study published information. I do not deal with patients as my doctorate degree is in molecular biology and my goal is to study details of how things work on a molecular level. But I agree, at times we are divorced in some concepts such as what we should do to help population remain healthy as opposed to only pay attention once problems arrive. However, keep in mind that many of the counter measures we all already know and so few of us practice healthy living. Keeping that discipline is hard and I am speaking from my own experiences

  • Thanks for this in-depth evaluation (study) of this very strange phenomenon that is (probably) related to the jabs. Say human individuals all have their own metabolism, though, of course, there are biochemical mechanisms that are valid for (say) everyone, excluded people with specific other biochemical mechanisms, that deviate, anyway. It is a big challenge to find that all out, when talking about cancer or the (street indication) "turbo cancer". Thanks that you did such a good and valuable survey, I hope that your colleages in biochemistry and/or people in cancer research and docters will pick this up. 5 April 2024.

It makes it harder to bury what's happening. Here in the US at least, they are trying to say post viral illnesses have always existed (they have, but weren't as resistant), to gloss over long covid.

  • I work at a farmers market, my sister and I make fermented foods and tonics for gut health, we are both in our fifties. Today at the stall a young man came to us looking for something to help with his health post chemo. I asked him what cancer he had, he said ‘colo-rectal stage 3’. I said you look way too young to have a disease like that, he is 39 years old. His 3 year old child was with him. I asked him if he had been vaccinated. Yes, three times. His wife is foreign and they could not go back to the UK without their shots up to date. His health before the cancer diagnosis was wonderful, he said, just a normal healthy young bloke. But here’s the part that made me almost faint. He said four of his mates, FOUR OF THEM also have colorectal cancer (cancer of the bowel) but they are stage 4 with secondaries in their lungs and lymph. He said ‘I’m lucky. The tumor is gone.’ These are our young men!!!! This fellow is a young Dad fighting cancer, with no known health issues until he was vaccinated. And my god, four of his friends with the same diagnosis. This is a horror story I am hearing more and more of every day.
