As Alexis, Potts and other bigs head into the off season, they need to work on head fakes. I can’t believe how many blocks Oregon State had where our players shot directly into a hand up, didn’t understand it. On one offensive end, Potts had one shot blocked, got the ball back and shot it right into her hand again, no fake, no jump, I was a bit perplexed!!
Jaz, you are such a joy to watch! Your passing gives me Pistol Pete vibes and the slogan in my family when you’re heating up shooting is, “smooth like Jaz”🎷 Thank you so much for giving us an extra year and I too look forward to continue watching you wherever you go next🥹GBR❤
I'm an Iowa fan, grew up in Iowa City. But I've learned to like this Husker team, and their coach and players. I was really hoping they'd make a deep run in the tourney. Next year!

OSU fan here, you can see the love these players have for each other, that kind of chemistry is what great programs are made from, I’m guessing Nebraska women’s basketball has a very bright future!

Great season! The NCAA needs to play ALL the games on a Neutral court for these NCAA games! Teams like Nebraska that could get to the finals get screwed!
Amy Williams was completely out coached in this game. They knew exactly what Nebraska wanted to do and were ready for it. At no point did she appear to feel the need to try something different. Markowski discovered she couldn't bully the OSU post and had no other weapons to use.
Nebraska is a team of finesse and timing, not enough physicality to compete. Can't be soft and sweet in a physical sport. Sad Jaz career came to an end. Her style of play is unique, like an art form. Those rainbow shots. She's pretty too.

Rooting for Neb but what a miserable game, to watch with all the missed shots from both teams. By comparison the Iowa State Stanford game was amazing with good defense and clutch shots made. Some games both teams deserve to lose.
Please give them Pamprin. And a little bit of sugar.
Shelley and markowski non existent the last 2 games
So right…. I do not understand the inconsistency. Can look unstoppable when their on and then you have a game like this.. and Nebraska barely pulled out the Texas A and M game,when it seemed like they could have won more easily. Markowski can be a dominant player, but it seemed in these two games Alexis was missing way too many short shots and had a tough time against her opponents, who were talented players… She needs to make those short shots and I do not recall her making any 3’s. Gut wrenching to watch, when if she could have been “on”., it would have been a whole different story. Will miss Jazz! Lots of great talent for next year!
Oregon State is going to take down South Carolina. Corvallis was a tough place to get a win this year for anybody. Just ask UCLA. Congrats to Nebraska on a great season.
