  • I love to try them all. Sonny, at 5:15 you spoke of a pig "gizzard". I'm pretty certain that pigs do not have gizzards. As a child, our family made meals of chicken gizzards and hearts. They were cheap and very good ! My father(God rest his soul) and I used to fight for the turkey gizzard at Thanksgiving. After I moved out of the house, when we would show up for the Thanksgiving meal, my mother would say "the turkey didn't come with a gizzard", as she covered for dad bc he'd eat it before we arrived!!. I enjoy your shows.

  • In brazil, specially at the northeaste region, Sarapatel (sorpotel) is also a very common dish, it can be done from prok or goat/goat innards (more common)

  • 3:48 YOU should come to AGACAIM few kilometres from Panjim City. To try our Village Delicacy Agaciam Pork Sausages aka CHERISAM, they are famous all over Goa. And even get exported to various parts of the World 🌍

  • Love seeing this food but you really need a host there to eat it. Even if it isn’t you, maybe a guide local to India. Something is definitely missing without somebody there to eat the food and conversation with the people

  • When food about pork you miss the Northeast state of India The Seven Sisters state , it has been there for generations or some dishes will be centuries old , you will find more then a 1000+ recipe only with pork different within the these Seven Sister states .

  • Wild to see that the chouriço almost $10 in India. Someone is price gouging. Here in the U.S. where groceries are at an astronomical high a pound of chouriço is $5. If I don't want to eat it at home, I can go out to a restaurant and pay about $7.50 for what that restaurant in India charged. Basically the only place on earth charging $10 for 1/2lb of chouriço is that guy.

  • I am so loving this s Much... with all due respect to people who do not eat pork for religious reasons and other wise. Pork is the other white meat. You can control what you feed to your animals. If you really want to go deep Chickens eat their own poop if their feed is spread all over where they walk and eat... am I lying? Live your life... If your Vegan then don't eat meat! Easy.....
