This was one of the most promising reboots of a classic series. The first season with Lorenzo was very strong and enjoyable, but I liked pretty much all episodes with him. His character's death was the real finale of the series, after that it became strange, boring and featureless.

I'm currently watching the first season with Davide as commissioner and it feels different, more serious, but not necessarily bad. I appreciate the producers tried to bring a different commissioner than Lorenzo after his death.
