👦 농림축산식품부에서 제공하는 안심식당 인증이 된 곳입니다.
호주에서 근무했던 레스토랑에서의 경험을 토대로 버거 가게를 창업하셨다고 하네요.
채소를 제외한 모든 재료를 직접 만들어 사용하시더군요.
마요네즈,케찹 까지 수제로 만드십니다.

    • Dough is bad too bad, too heavy and unhealthy... Never use brioche to make buger, it is too heavy dough and he or she use too much sugar... This is bad food.

  • I'm mostly impressed by how disciplined he is. Not only will he make an amazing burger, but every customer will consistently get the same amazing burger every time, because he weighs things, dates things, and is clean. Excellent sense of ownership.

  • OMG it’s doesn’t matter what’s the cost for this sandwich. I will willing to pay for it with no questions ask. With all of the efforts this man went through to making this sandwich. But if we’re going for value I agree even with drink and fries 15 bucks is pushing it. That’s like beach prices. Sadly though there are places who regularly charge more for worse food so it could end up being that price soon because of demand.

  • That’s a labour of love! Even the bread is a great depth, so people aren’t paying for them height in a burger. I want to watch the tomato slicer close up repeatedly. I once had a bit of a blip with a salad spinner. I was merrily working through several lettuces, washing & spinning, of course I got bored. I wasn’t concentrating and it fly all over 😂 finely cut lettuce everywhere 😂 and water of course
