I hope Yow learns to shorten up his backhand follow through. He has a lovely shot there, but that follow through is going to cause him problems. Love watching Gawad play ❤

Great game, but that movement by Gawad @ 17:04 looks a bit suspect. Is he not clearing directly into the line?

Arguably Yow should have gone behind him.
@@watching99134 it seems to me like it would have been very similar if he had. The second bounce was at the service line, so to play the ball he would essentially have to move directly through Gawad. Not hating on Gawad at all, just that that step back into the opponent is movement that has been punished occasionally by the refs recently.
