Ethan is not the one who killed the therapist, it was Wayne because Ethan was very brutal by stab his victims like he did with Mindy and Anika, Quinn is brutal when throwing her victims from the far but she will never kill her victims by stabbing their faces.

The only person who did that was Wayne because the Ghostface that killed the therapist is very good at stabbing in the right target of the body part is a Ghostface who have lots of skills, since Wayne is a detective so he is very good at this. Also, after killing the therapist, the Ghostface entered the therapist's house and stole Sam's personal files, which mean this Ghostface really want to know more about Sam is Wayne since he is the one who have a biggest revenge for Richie.

imo ethan did store in the feats i will explain hbe throw the bodega customer and pierced threw a neck which is roughly 300 joules and he threw doown the bodega worker and dodged a shotgun blast and lisfted a store isle off him and escaped htrew a locked door leaving the mask
