I'm a 51 yrs old black woman and am glad to see someone else who treats my type of skin effectively WITHOUT a extractor. I had/ still have a hyper pigmentation problem.I also really like that you empty the pores completely. For those who say the gentleman looks to be in pain, any extraction is painful. But once his treatment is complete and skin looks fabulous, I'm sure he'll say it was worth it. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to more and frequent😘 videos.
I'd say that he'd be so grateful to have those painful cysts removed - the pressure off his face must be immensely relieving. Glad he found this lady too. The other lady who doesn't use an extractor is Josefa Reina. She's amazingly gentle and thorough too.

facial cysts alternately itch and ache. i had cystic acne for about 3 decades, but went to good dermatologists (NC). i have lovely skin now, no scars :D
I agree completely. Any fully complete extraction is going to hurt. You have to get all of the infection out. if not it will come back. No pain no gain. Beauty knows no pain.

I love the fact that she doesn’t move on until it’s completely clear. And she actually puts effort in to push it all out. I love it!!! My all time favorite! No piles up gunk on the gloves, switched out the dirty q tips and very sweet! I love it!! ❤️❤️❤️

I agree with you. It's nice to see a technician do a really complete job cleaning out the pores and NOT putting the pus on the gloves. She takes her time and does a much better job than some of the technicians on other videos.

For people saying heartless comments, such as "how does he let it get that way, doesn't he look in a mirror", I'd like to say that I was raised by an abusive mother who stood me in front of a mirror and told me to look at how ugly I was. I'm not seeking pity, but I can say that for the rest of my life I have had serious problems with my self image and with looking into a mirror at myself in full bright light. My point is that you never know what someone has been through and if you can be anything at all, you should be kind.

I’m a new subscriber and starting at the beginning to become acquainted with Enilsa’s technique. As far as I’m concerned, Enilsa has the best technique for emptying the dirty pore. I think using the Q tips causes no trauma to the skin. Very cool 😎

Today is the third anniversary of my best friend' s dead. She was 38 and she lost the fight with a second cancer. She made me think about Daryl. Another beautiful human being that left us too soon. I have watched hundreds and hundreds of extraction videos and I must say your method is hands down the most logical method!!! It amazes me to watch some Dermatologist/Estheticians who literally use Exacto Sized Scalpels to create openings on blackheads and whitehead’s which result in so much unnecessary trauma to the skin. It’s so counter productive because, yes you are removing the filament however you are going to leave terrible scarring all over their face!!! I understand with cysts you have to cut an opening but so many professionals are doing it for B&W!! You are very smart and clearly a future thinker! You are the first and only person I’ve seen on these videos who uses an appropriate sized gauge, think about trauma and scarring and keep your work space CLEAN!! I’ve watched videos from Countries all over the world and the woman from Killeen, TX is killing it!!! You go girl!!!

Two things I really appreciate with your technique: 1) You squeeze from the bottom until it is clear, 2) You squeeze from different directions to make sure all of the contents are out. Surprisingly, most online “pimple poppers” do not.

Daryl is very ill at the moment, from what I know about him, he’s a VA who has fought for your country. He has gone through so much with his health, he’s got serious kidney problems and was just getting over cancer he’s always smiling I’ve seen him being strong but if look in his eyes I see pain. So maybe you shouldn’t be making nasty comments about him he really doesn’t need them.

The glove thing always got me, it gets all over the glove and they just continue to squeeze and all they're doing at that point is bruising the skin 😫. This technique with the q tips us so much better/cleaner 🙌👏
Yes. And when she does use the needle to lance it is very shallow. Ie. Just to open the pore. So far the best I have seen.
They put it on the gloves in Vietnam to show the client how many blackheads they've removed. Enilsa changes the cotton buds as the person's skin makes them greasy and so they lose traction for squeezing.

I appreciate so much, a therapist that cares about traumatising the skin. I’m a nurse who trained in beauty therapy to give my patients a holistic therapy, why not look better and feel better? I see others ‘clicking’ as they break healthy skin, squeezing and scraping and I wonder how these dear clients must look a few days later. Thankyou for being a true therapist

Absolutely. If you like Enilsa, you’ll love Josefa. She works with physicians to clean up skin. Her style might be unnerving at first, but I’ve read a lot of doctors’ comments saying how good she is.

Ms Brown, these two videos part 1 and 2 are the first I have seen of your work, I have seen many BH extraction videos and yours are some of the best I have seen, better than Dr Vikram and right up there with Dr Lee, of course you don't have the body of work she has. it's true that this client you are working on has fantastic examples of we'll aged fat deep blackheads and that is to your advantage but I have to admit I really like your technique of using the Q-tips, you use them with great skill, you also have vertical good camera work, close-up with high definition and in focus. you are a strong candidate for rookie of the year, if you keep this up you will one day be in the Hall of Fame.

I really like your explanation of how you use ways that you found less trauma. It’s really important I believe. As you mentioned that your work is with ethic cultures. So indeed the skin needs are different and unique. Really appreciate your dialogue during the process. Very professional and informative. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I guess you missed the part about the PIH? Many people with ethnic skin are prone to hyperpigmentation and keloid scarring, we are advised not to do it ourselves. If you noticed he has scarring but no hyperpigmentation. He has done the right thing by waiting. I get dark spots and wish I had listened and did not pick them. I don't understand for the life of me, why this is soooooo difficult a concept to grasp for people.

I watch a lot of pimple videos. You do the best at getting everything out of the pore and the least truma to the skin. Some of the workers think they work for a butcher.

At 6:00 - Hey, where did that Alien chest burster come from?! I have never had pimples this large, but I've had smaller ones that really hurt! I can't imagine how painful Daryl's face must feel. I'll bet he feels so much better now that his pimples have been removed. Enilsa, you are so gentle and yet so thorough. It is a joy to watch you work your magic! I'm lifting Daryl up in prayer and believing that his health will be restored and that the rest of his life will be a testimony of God's love and blessings. It's heartwarming to see so many people expressing concern and praying for Daryl. And it's nice to be a member of a community of such caring people!

It's kind of funny to see Daryl's facial expressions from the beginning then watch the final videos. It's like he was not even bothered by the extractions anymore. I believe that's because of Enilsa's skin care regimen that he did. ❤️ I miss you BOTH very much 💕
I feel for this person. Anyone who tries to say that they aren't caring for themselves by letting it get to this point. It is painful and incredibly difficult to pop many of these by yourself. I do not have ethnic skin, but I will tell you this, an inflamed zit, blackhead, whatever hurts. This person is doing the best they can and seeking help to alleviate some of their discomfort. I give you my best. I really hope your face felt better after this session.
plus if you have a really bad diabetic condition as this subject does, you cannot see very clearly.
@@rbcbertie Oh no!! Was Daryl diabetic in addition to his other health issues? I know he needed a kidney transplant & had cancer at least twice. The more I know him, the deeper I respect Daryl with the sheer number of health obstacles he overcame.
