If you want a new viewer to trust you and try new things, don't start off with what they see as a lie! "Nutritious, tasty meat alternative!" Would be a much better and a more believable approach.

    • Vegan can be very nutritious. I’m new to the world of “vegan” due to health. Some really don’t care whether it’s nutritious or not as long as it “saves an animal” I’m so over that attitude. You just have to be smart about it. I can’t do anything from animals or gluten or raw fruits and vegetables. I make sure it’s all non-gmo and I watch the sugar content. Like anything - you need to look out for hidden junk that they attach to their recipes. The only way you’d know the answer to your question is by making it yourself. Looks inviting though. I tweak all my recipes to fit my tastes and needs.

    • I am NOT a vegan but aim to eat plant based whole foods whenever possible. This menu contains high fiber, many micro- & phytonutrients. The cashews add the beneficial omega -3 fatty acids and some protein. The recipe calls for only a SMALL amount of oil & salt which is more healthful than deep fried foods. This is a mildly processed food but NOT ULTRA processed which is more detrimental to health. Unlike meat products, there is no cholesterol input. However, this is more of a side-dish as a main course IF one is looking for HIGH protein like meat. I would probably add a bean burger as well if I needed more protein in my diet that day. This appears to be a tasty- looking item to eat as a nutritious snack or PART of a full meal imo.

The sparkling water causes batter to rise better and results in a fluffier texture. The air pockets from carbonated drinks is extremely important to created a really light and crispy batter. • Hello and thank you for watching and your feedback! Happy to hear you enjoy watching my videos. I do not use flour for all my recipes. There are many recipes with no flour on my channel. The flours I use are healthy, gluten free and nutritious. I mostly use chickpea flour, lupin flour, buckwheat flour, lentils flour and brown rice flour - they all shouldn't cause any bloating and highly nutritious and high in protein. Please let me know the examples of recipes and the kind of food you would like me to make? Do you mean salads? Thank you so much! Wishing you a wonderful day! 😊 💖

    • Hello and thank you for watching and your feedback! I never say it's 2 ingredients. I say it's simple or easy recipe. Most of my recipes are very simple and easy and have just a few main ingredients + some seasonings (salt, peter, spices and herbs). This cabbage and chickpeas recipe is very easy and simple with affordable ingredients most of us have at home. Thank you ones again! Have a nice day!

    • The sparkling water causes batter to rise better and results in a fluffier texture. The air pockets from carbonated drinks is extremely important to created a really light and crispy batter. with still water you will not get as good result. Thank you for watching! Have a nice day!

    • Comparing vegan recipes to meat helps those just transitioning to this diet adjust easier. If someone is familiar with a meat recipe, they might appreciate that certain vegan alternatives might be better - making them more inclined to try❤️🥰👋 hope this helps x

The video clearly stated that it tastes like chicken, and here she is suggesting that it's a lie.
