Well here it is everyone, The Final video for the 1990 cr125 restoration. This one is different than my past finals as it is a time lapse. If you are new to the channel, i restore all my projects in my backyard. I have no enclosed shop and i am at the mercy of the weather at all times.

    • @@FreedomInc because I live in canada and have to buy most of my parts from the USA. With bike cost, shipping and rate of exchange. The total was $4300 CAD. Living in the USA, the total cost would be around 3k USD.

  • BEAUTIFUL work!!! I used to race a 1989 Honda CR 250 and later a 1994 Honda CR 250. Hearing the sound of a two stroke starting and running brought back so many fond memories. That one sounded really "throaty" for a 125!! Thank you so much for making this video!!!

    • Thank you. It is a great way of doing it. You do have to be careful or you can melt plastic easy. Once that happens you can get it back.

  • That’s a clean 1990! It’s cool to see a completely redone one and done the right way too! I made my ‘90 500 all white with the stock decals and seat since I haven’t seen other people do it. I made a video on it in case anyone wants to duplicate the same look or has questions about it. I’m excited to see more builds on this channel!

  • had the same bike ten years ago. after i rebuilt the top end, it had amazing power. i miss not having it. but my 2000 cr125 is a great replacement

    • @@TNTMOTO on offerup.com.i got it for 700.its a 125 bored to 144,it needs a few parts to get it in riding condition but it has good compression and runs and sounds good,so by spring it will be in good shape.

  • Subbed!!! Excellent content! Great job restoring tank and airbox, I'm going to try that next time I do the piston on my '98 CR250... A trick I learned from my dad ...When seating a new bearing is not only warming the housing, put the bearing in the freezer, they drop in like butter.
