    • @@el_duderino_man Protein farts aren't really real. They're a result of the other ingredients in the powders. Switched from filler filled powders to powders with fewer ingredients and more whole natural ingredients, and the protein farts stopped. When it was just whey isolate, stevia, and I think one other ingredient, there was no bloating, no gas.

So what's different

Protein is protein, whey protein is going to be a very high quality source regardless of where you get it. Don’t fall for the marketing, colorful labels, endorsements / sponsored influencers, buzz phrases like “lean muscle”, “special blend to promote recovery”, etc. Companies know what gets people hyped. The suggestion that they’re the only brand you can trust, the endorsements from athletes, the idea that people think “lean muscle” is a special type of muscle you can only get from specific protein sources. They rely on newbies’ lack of critical thinking skills and general knowledge. Don’t fall for it, save your money and go with whatever cheap whey you can find in bulk

Being a powder, I can take my shaker to work, with a scoop of protein ready and have it all day sitting in my backpack, no problem. When I finish my traning, I just need to add water.
