He was very articulate about the issues and has well explained about the constitutional rights of the hill people( Article 371 C) given by the Govt of India. Who enjoys all the government projects which is especially sanction for village development. Tribals are far better than Meitei communities
Very good question. Tribals of Manipur enjoy far more. They have 90% of the land reserved for them, govt. job reservation, reservation in education opportunities, they don't pay income tax. But the sad part is that the tribal leaders or MLA's don't invest enough for the tribal people and when the tribal people seeks development fund details using RTI, they are given death threats by "the rulers" of the hills. Surely must ring a bell!!
