Komodo Dragon VS Goat
Goats are a staple of the Komodo diet, and you can see how dragons handle goats in this video. It’s love at first sight for this dragon, but I don’t think the goat agrees. The potent venom of the Komodo dragon is lethal to prey, causing a quick drop in blood pressure that drives them into shock. At the same time, the venom prevents the victim's blood from clotting, causing it to bleed to death. The discovery shows that many more lizards than previously thought may have snake-like venom. A goat that was bitten earlier, tried to escape up a hill, but the Komodo dragon detected the direction of the smell of the goat’s blood and followed it.
Until finally the goat, which no longer had the strength to run, just lay on the ground, dying, and when the dragon found it, it scooped it up in a jiffy. I’m not sure if this goat felt anything when the dragon first attacked it, but boy did he do a job on the poor animal. I mean, the animal is crushed and dismembered, as the large and deadly reptile swallows it whole. This video shows the ability and speed of the Komodo dragon to attack goats on mountains where the Komodo dragon runs through a gap in the tall grass and immediately comes face to face with the poor goat.
The speed of the Komodo dragon takes the goat by surprise and the dragon immediately attacks its prey and paralyzes it. That’s when the food fest begins and the dragon with a friend enjoys his meal. Komodo dragons are apex predators, hence, they are absolute beasts. Everything about them, from their bite to their length, to their legs, makes them outstanding hunters. You might be wondering if you could outrun a Komodo dragon. After all, how quick are Komodo dragons? A Komodo dragon can reach speeds of up to 13 miles per hour. The Komodo dragon, on the other hand, can only maintain that speed for a few hundred feet.
As a result, the Komodo dragon's primary mode of attack is an ambush assault. A quick human could theoretically outrun a Komodo dragon. While the Komodo dragon appears to have little legs, it can run extremely fast. Their speed is mostly used to take advantage of their prey while in the striking zone, rather than to hunt down prey or move from one location to another. Komodo dragons will eat anything, and goats are part of their menu, as you can see in this video when a Komodo can be seen carrying a goat in its mouth. What’s particular about the goats that live on Komodo island is that they roam freely just like dragons, so they’re bound to be eaten by a dragon at some point or another.
Komodo Dragon VS Wild Boar
Already infected with this Komodo dragon's bacterial poison, because it was bitten earlier, this wild boar was unable to run very far, so when the dragon caught up to it, along with his friend, took it for a quick trip to the morgue for porky pig. This young wild pig knew his fate was sealed when this dragon attacked and grabbed it. It was only a matter of time before the dragon swallowed the animal whole and alive, but the weakened pig still fought back for a few seconds.
This wild boar knows his fate is sealed when this dragon attacks and grabs him and it’s only a matter of time before the dragon rips parts of his body out, but he doesn’t because he swallows him whole instead. Komodo dragons are the world's largest and heaviest lizards. A creature that escapes the jaws of a Komodo won't feel fortunate for long. Dragon saliva carries a high concentration of bacteria, which poisons their prey within 24 hours.

  • It’s not bacteria it is VENOM

    @Amnct@Amnct3 ай бұрын
    • Amnct, yes and no. The friendly little lizard uses either one or both. The venom helps the lizard grab the prey and eat it. The bacteria infect and fell a bigger animal in about 24 hours. They just follow the scent of the weakened and dying victim.

      @StillAProudAmerican-ll2yc@StillAProudAmerican-ll2yc2 ай бұрын
    • Actually, it is usually a lethal cocktail of both. It was previously believed that the KD's main and only tool for disabling prey was to bite the animal briefly, and even if it escaped and ran, the bacteria from it's filthy saliva would take effect, slowing it down to a state of paralysis, therefore allowing the KD to track it down and eat it while still alive...or dead...makes no difference to the KD. In 2009, it was discovered and proven that the KD's main method of predation was that it does, indeed, impart a very potent hemotoxic venom with each bite. This type of venom contains an anti-coagulant agent that causes the prey to bleed out, making it easier for the KD to track down and devour it...again, dead or alive. However, more often than not, neither of these is necessary, as the KD's sheer size, stealth, short-term speed, and vicious attack style usually immediately disable it, allowing the prey to be eaten alive...either in whole or part by part. All that being said, I think that we can all agree on the fact that the narrator is, indeed, a blithering idiot. To me, this is mainly proven to be true when he stated at 3:23 that it was attacking and eating a wild boar, when it's extremely evident that the animal is a sow, as it is displaying a full set of teats during it's demise. 😮

  • Narrator calls the same black bird a chicken, a partridge, and a quail. Neither electric eels nor iguanas live with 6000 miles of its habitat. Other lizards going after smaller prey (e.g. rabbits) include tegus, also Nile and savannah monitors. Narrator repeats the the same lines. No sale.
