If i’m being honest, some years ago when i had my 2015 ford taurus, i was on the highway and saw a couple cars in my rearview doin at least 100 so as they caught up, i hit the gas and was neck and neck doin like 110 but my exit came up and i slowed down. Wasn’t really my race, i just hit the gas and joined in lol.

@@alexpaic2984depends on your setup, what turbos you have and what boost your making, how strong are your turbos and can they handle it, is the engine built or is it strong enough to handle the boost thrown at it, but the easiest thing you can do is go to a tuner and have them look at it, and let them know what parts you have to make it easier on them

I don't think most people realize just how brutally quick those 1000+ cc bikes are. It feels like like you're warping reality and pushing your soul out the back of your body. Looked like the race started at the overhead sign, but they'd only gone like 100 metres past that so it wasn't much of the race if that's as far as it was. The bike slows down and the car keeps accelerating. Seems the bike rider and the car driver have vastly different ideas of how long the track is. 🤷♂️😂

Depends on what you are running yourself. My 1299 pani superbike with 200whp and 187kgs wouldn't be far off but a mates hayabusa turbo would walk off from this if its anything less than 2000whp

@@robertowen8281 not true. Not true at all. 😂 2000 HP would leave a gap so large tail lights wouldn’t even be visible. Most vehicles only need about 350 horses to overcome wind resistance. With 650 hp a car can achieve 200 mph pretty easily. 1000 horses would gap a busa so bad your buddy would have to trade in his man card and sell his bike.

Two main things affect acceleration and top speed... 1 power to weight ratio and 2 air resistance which is a function of many components but let's just say for ease of my post it's many times smaller for a fully faired bike with a tucked rider than a car. So if I have 400whp as my mate does and fully fueled with him on it it's 315kgs that means it's nearly 6 times lighter than a gtr with driver... 6 times 400 is 2400 in terms of equivalent whp to weight ratio. Now the drag of the bike won't be 6 times less overall but it won't be far off so my mate would walk the lower speeds untill drag became a huge factor as it does at the higher speeds and then the gtr may SLOWLY pull it back but most street races would be over!

I didn't think so either.. but yeah, even in corners a good sports car will beat the bike.. and on take off a car can beat a bike.. you can only take off so fast on a bike and you only have 2 points of contact in a curve.. the car has 4 points of contact.. I watched the formula 1 car with Lewis Hamilton race guy martin and his race bike on a road course and the formula 1 car laps the bike.. it wasn't even close.. 😂😂..

I tried to chase a gtr one night in my Toyota Corolla. I was behind him in traffic so I pretty much just tried to follow him. I’m going full throttle trying as hard as I can to keep up and the gtr is lightly speeding, he’s barely speeding and cutting through traffic without even trying. I felt like a rally driver giving my car everything she’s got pushing myself to the limit.

If i’m being honest, some years ago when i had my 2015 ford taurus, i was on the highway and saw a couple cars in my rearview doin at least 100 so as they caught up, i hit the gas and was neck and neck doin like 110 but my exit came up and i slowed down. Wasn’t really my race, i just hit the gas and joined in lol.

@@alexpaic2984depends on your setup, what turbos you have and what boost your making, how strong are your turbos and can they handle it, is the engine built or is it strong enough to handle the boost thrown at it, but the easiest thing you can do is go to a tuner and have them look at it, and let them know what parts you have to make it easier on them

I don't think most people realize just how brutally quick those 1000+ cc bikes are. It feels like like you're warping reality and pushing your soul out the back of your body. They're freaking absurdly, scare the crap out of you quick, ESPECIALLY from a roll. That GTR is an absolute monster, for sure WELL over 1000hp to the wheels. So awesome.
And turbo and supercharger on bikes are even more insane (Roadster /Haley becomes supersport killers ) . Turbo/supercharged bike vs modded gtr would be interesting .

@@robertowen8281 not true. Not true at all. 😂 2000 HP would leave a gap so large tail lights wouldn’t even be visible. Most vehicles only need about 350 horses to overcome wind resistance. With 650 hp a car can achieve 200 mph pretty easily. 1000 horses would gap a busa so bad your buddy would have to trade in his man card and sell his bike.

Two main things affect acceleration and top speed... 1 power to weight ratio and 2 air resistance which is a function of many components but let's just say for ease of my post it's many times smaller for a fully faired bike with a tucked rider than a car. So if I have 400whp as my mate does and fully fueled with him on it it's 315kgs that means it's nearly 6 times lighter than a gtr with driver... 6 times 400 is 2400 in terms of equivalent whp to weight ratio. Now the drag of the bike won't be 6 times less overall but it won't be far off so my mate would walk the lower speeds untill drag became a huge factor as it does at the higher speeds and then the gtr may SLOWLY pull it back but most street races would be over!

For starters, it's a Kawasaki Zx14. But above all we see the brake light come on on the motorcycle. The driver braked voluntarily so you did not overtake him normally.

I tried to chase a gtr one night in my Toyota Corolla. I was behind him in traffic so I pretty much just tried to follow him. I’m going full throttle trying as hard as I can to keep up and the gtr is lightly speeding, he’s barely speeding and cutting through traffic without even trying. I felt like a rally driver giving my car everything she’s got pushing myself to the limit.
