  • I tried the first tip about sounds in photos and I put in baby laughing and it worked it pulled up videos of my kids when they were babies laughing incredible 👍🏻👍🏻 nice one

  • i knew the most of it but the live photo long exposure !! omg i am photographer myself and i always had to carry my tripod, ND filters, had to wait till the day gets darker and such. this is amazing. thank you for sharing this !! this is first time using iphone (coming from life time galaxy user since galaxy 2nd version) this alone made me think it was worth the switch. lol

  • Thank you Tom, I love the extra 'view' you provide in your posts. Have you done anything on making changes to MS Word documents accessed from Files on the iPhone? I use iCloud, with a MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad -- availability to saved documents on all devices is great, but I've not quite settled into a good way of amending those documents while using the iPhone or iPad.

  • This is a something I use when I go grocery shopping. I keep a hand written list in my kitchen of the items I need to get. Then I take a picture of it before I go shopping. When I get to the store I open the photo and edit the photo with Mark Up tool. As I shop and pick up an item I cross it off my list with the marker tool. I keep this open till I finish shopping knowing all the items I got and didn't get. I've been doing this for years now and found it very useful. Great video and thank you for you postings.

  • An easier way to remove the background is to simply press and hold the portion of the image in photos that you want to cut. It will blink, then you can paste, forward or whatever you want to do with the parced subject.

  • Tom. When removing the background of a photo, simply tap the photo to highlight the outline of the object and select share and then save image in the pop up menu. This save the removed background image in your recent photos. Far easier and quicker than having to save the photo to the files app… Hope this helps?

  • I don't use Categories in my Shopping List (in Reminders). Instead, I start the item with the aisle number and then the name. For example, milk in aisle #1 would look like "01 milk". It is automatically sorted by Title. So everything is put in order by the Aisle number. When I shop, I can then go row by row.
