  • Better to watch your opponent than watching the ball going to them. That’s what I reckon.

    • Thanks for the suggestion. At first watching the ball is critical. After developing the skill of tracking, we definitely need to be able to watch our opponent, their body position, and racquet face. Certainly lots going on :) Thanks for watching, - Ahad

    • Yeah I don't think Ahad means it's important to track the ball as it's coming back to your opponent, per se---that's a practice to make sure you build the habit of watching the ball when it comes off your opponent's racquet, which is the important thing to see. If you don't need to track the ball as it goes behind you because you're already watching your opponent behind you, then you're already ahead of the tip in this video.

  • What do you kind of ball use?? I use balls with double yellow point but the rebound is very little....

    • If you aren't getting much rebound, use a bouncier ball. Single yellow dot is the next bounciest, and single red dot even bouncier. Those balls are great for training, and even matches if you are an intermediate or beginner player.

  • I cant even see the ball when someone hits a full power drive. Its invisibly fast
