The coaches and trainers seem happy because 1, the team is winning and 2, those group of players aren't wasting their time. The likes of Ozil, Guendouzi and Torreira (head was elsewhere) is just a waste of time. Some of those still need to go i.e Sok, Kola, Mustafi but you can't knock their commitment.

Calum was class before injury. I think he would be incredible in the 343 as a rcb since he can play rb. I can also see him rotating into CDM with the ball and Tierney will rotate to Cb to cover.
Gabriel and saliba with a mix of david luiz in big games for experience. Chambers has to fight for his place now with mari. This isnt a joke club no more hes got to fight for his place , which js good because it makes players eager to perform well since starting is not a guarantee no more, because arteta does not care about feelings like wenger did, if u dont perform your not playing for the team. I think with Emery, he didn’t have that connection with the players and the locker room was very unhappy but with Arteta, he has a bond with the players and gives them so much confidence in game. I probably don’t make sense

@@toxicastekz9769 I agree with you, Most rookie managers succeed when they are respected and have a good relationship with players. But, Arteta has shown a lot more top class qualities than that.. for eg. I don't even think there is a manager better than him on 1 on 1 coaching other than maybe pep himself. He is amazing at handling big players and their egos which I also see a in lampard. Arteta is so tactically astute that Not a single manager that I think would have achieved a structure and formation and style of play that suits every player at the club and he has done exactly that. The system is so versatile that he can throw anyone in the first team and still work with that pretty well. Just look at mustafi, Xhaka, willock, Holding who were massive failures in every other system for most part of their Arsenal Career since 2015 maybe.. Elneny has come back from A Horrendous loan spell and yet he has impressed and looked like a player he will never be. He is good with the youth, He has an intelligent eye for transfers in the market. I genuinely think Arteta is full package, Top class Manager and Arsenal are lucky to have him as his first ever job. They should not let him leave at any cost, because I am pretty sure when he leaves, Arsenal will be a 100 times better team than when he joined.. I am in love with his work and I am not even a Arsenal Fan. Just a neutral who loves watching football way too much to support a single club.
Cosmicsword203 exactly, I wasn’t convinced 100% when he joined but after few games you could really see that he has everything to be a top manager. As Aubameyang said as well Arteta played big role to convince him to say, personally I think if it was Emery Auba would of left this summer, he gives confidence to players and also to sign someone like Partey from champions league team and when Gabi said that Artetas call made his mind up about Arsenal shows that he can get the players he wants unlike Emery.

There' nothing to miss. We've made great progress without him meaning we never needed him. You cant play one great game then go missing the next 10 games. That's why we'll never win the league with him. The games he decides to go awol are the games we drop points and we fall further behind. He's been given too many chances and it has cost us lots of dropped points. We are on a mission to win the league this year. No more taking backwards steps. We all have to move forward from Ozil. He's the past.

I'll choose Nelson, Emile Rowe Smith, Martinelli, Saka, Willock and all our young players over Ozil. Since Ozil came to Arsenal, he's never been consistent. Wenger made the mistake of giving him a new contract. Wenger should have let Ozil walk away for free. That was my wish. I dont know who deserves who but Arsenal FC don't need Ozil anymore. Even Germany doesn't select him anymore. I have nothing against Ozil as a person but as a football hes not as good anymore. I wish him all the best when he leaves next summer.

Have noticed Steve Round is always focusing the players on individual drills, both attackers for one time shots, and defenders for one time blocks. It keeps them sharp and on their toes. Think he's been Arteta's most key staff member to change the culture in our club. Keep going lads, this is only the beginning. COYG!

@@troyytc I'm not hating. I'm just one of the more than 50% of the Arsenal fan base that has had it with Ozil. In the early days, I was patient with him and I watched like a movie on repeat...year after year how we dropped points after points. We have been out of the Champions league for the past 4 years now and before then we were always in the Champions League and it coincides with Ozil 's reign in our club so I'm just curious to know what great seasons we've had with Ozil. All you Ozil fans should watch. We will win the league this year or come super close without Ozil....and also qualify for the Champions League finally. It was this blind love for Ozil that has been holding us back all these years and now with Arteta , we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Great days are ahead for us and I'm excited for the future. God bless Ozil. I wish him all the best on his next endeavors.
