  • You should've never allowed this to happen to this mother with the other cat snatching her babies. You solve a problem not stress a mother out and record it. I'm not surprised the kittens fell ill. Letting them feed off of other cats. It's a miracle they made it.

  • I wonder if keeping the kittens in a kennel where the disabled mother could be close to her children but not be able to nurse, would have been easier on her? I know hand feeding the kittens would have been a big job, though.

  • I am grateful you rescued her but I don't understand why you would take her children away from her. That was so stressful for her!!! That broke her heart. How would you feel if that were you? Then she gets attacked by the other cat because you brought that cat's kitten to her. Of course, that mother wouldn't want to share her with another cat. Mixing cats especially when they are still kittens is not safe! They are still vulnerable to diseases. You could've nursed the kittens with her around. And please have all your female cats spayed. Otherwise, it will be difficult for you to take good care of all of them. Sorry, I'm not really happy with what happened.

    • You cat worshippers exaggerate so much it's pathetic. You all talk about cats as if they are as highly evolved as we are. Cats live by instinct. A mother cat's instinct is to nurse and protect their newborns. They don't have profound feelings for them and couldn't give a shit less if they get separated from them. As soon as the kittens are gone they go right back to business as usual, food and sleep.

  • What was the illness that the kittens got? Glad it all turned out well, I wasn't sure if that was a good idea to get big eyes involved with the kittens it seemed like the true mother of the kittens had already been through so much....I guess the kittens needed Big Eyes milk too? After nursing from Gray and White?

  • It's cruel to take away the cats kittens. The emotional centers in the cats brain is the same as humans, the cat would grieve for them as we would. Can't the Vet treat the cat with calcium or vitamins to help her? The kittens can't survive without the mom cat. They would have to be fed with a special kitten formula because other milk will up set their stomach. The kittens would have to be fed every 1-2 hours around the clock.
