I was shocked how goodvit was with a Custom 24 I bought a Torero which features a Floyd Rose, Ebony fretboard (NO inlays), binding on the body and fretboard, and is mated with an EMG 81/85 set of pickups, I got an aqua one used for $600! I had a 1980 Les Paul Deluxe which I couldn't bare to keep when I got an offer of $2000 for it. Honestly my 2010 Custom 24 and my Torero sounded 90% and 95% as good as my LP, different tonally but "as good overall", so my Black Beauty went bye-bye!

PRS comes back to the green room after one our sets (didn't even look at any of the rest of us) and talks the kid up about his music, plans, future interests, technique, shakes his hand and leaves the room.
