Take a heart of darkness and a glass bottle and put it into a crafting bench, then feed what it creates to a tamed horse and you'll get a bat horse that has the ability to fly.
that guy riding a brachiosaurus at 17:17 is factionsframed you can see he tamed one earlier at 13:50 and to tame a big dino like that u need scarab gems from the dino mod ur using :)
