Casual fans that never read the comics just don't get that nathaniel richards (the conqueror, immortus, scarlett centurion, iron lad, he who remains, kang prime, etc..) is on a whole different of crazy. Dude literally brought this onto himself for trying to play god. I hope they embrace the dark side of the conqueror variant where he tears up the avengers limb from limb and does it in every timeline until he feels satisfied.

They interpret the old comics so well. On paper I can’t see Majors as Kang, I have no clue who would be good to play him. On-screen and he’s instantly perfect as Kang, it’s just insane

Not just phase 5, but also 6. And based on the trailers released today and what I saw at SDCC everything mentioned in this video he does have ability wise. And clearly already conquered the Quantem Realm.
The truly “scary” thing about Kang, is that he’s been portrayed as IronLad, Son of Doom, and Franklin Richards… So even Stan Lee allowed for a variety of evil dictators from different origins. Kang is an idea, not a single person.. and that very scary!

With how Stan Lee had cameos, the best way to keep Kang in the fold would be to have various versions of himself be cameos in every movie from here on out. Then have them all fold into the climax of this culmination in a few years.

Does anyone remember the point in "Meet the Robinsons" where a young Lewis decides not to invent something, and prevents an enemy from ever existing? I wonder if Iron Lad will have a similar moment and totally rewrite his future as Kang the Conqueror.
I agree. Iron Lad should be a young Kang. I would slightly alter the look of the comics suit since Ironheart will be introduced first for more variety.

The combination of genius level intellect and the access to gadgets from 31st century that is able to manipulate time and timelines, makes Kang a very dangerous foe. I just don't see how The Avengers going to defeat him, since he knows what it's going to happen beforehand, it's crazy. Also I have a feeling we might see few Kang variants combine forces against The Avengers. I think yet again Doctor Strange is going to pull off something under his sleeve to save the day or maybe Wanda will redeem herself and helps win the battle.
Thank you for your comments. This is what I have been thinking, as well. I just started reading about everything Kang is capable of and have no idea how you would defeat him. But at the same time, the background I read on Kang stated he was defeated every time by the Avengers. So how is that possible? It seems it doesn't matter how powerful of a character there is, they always lose. The oldest of these types of story lines from what I have read and seen is regarding Superman, where someone always finds some way of getting a hold of either kryptonite or magic or whatever way it is, and stops him.
I think contrary that the only way they will prevail is by teaming with good kangs
I think they beat him in the comics by going after him in multiple universes and time frames. Overwhelm him and he can become a very normal villain. Many times Cap has given Kang a whoopin.

If they did the infinity saga correctly with Adam warlock then no kang wouldn't have come close to thanos. Kang is all suit, they are both genius + lvl intellect but They completely nerfed thanos. Maybe MCU wise kang will be greater. Now Doom is the one that completely destroys everyone.

kind of curious how they will tie the Eternals into the Kang storyline as they interact with Celestials, hopefully not some sort last minute cameo in the vein of Captain Marvel in the final battle with Thanos where they save the day with an army of eternals and celestials, yeauch!

Yes. They are leaning more with the "he's related to doctor doom" side of his origin stories. This will probably explain how he got the advanced technology and time travel tech in the 31st century as well, and it also is the easiest path to introducing Doctor Doom as the next big bad in phase 7 of the MCU saga. It also opens the door for Galactus down the road as well.

I don't see the MCU doing Ironlad AND Ironheart, and we already know Ironheart is being introduced in Wakanda Forever. I don't see them killing off Ironheart either, so no Ironlad unless they pull some multiverse/timeline-altering hijinks.

Kang The Conqueror has become One of my Favorite Marvel character *EVER* , or Favorite Characters in general. Also as a side note, I believe that Kang the Conqueror should be, and definitely *IS* The *MOST EQUIPPED* Character *EVER* , because Kang can use time travel and so lets say that he goes back in time and gets things like the Super Soldier Serum, Goblin Formula, that thing from Iron Man 3 that made people FLAMING HOT, Hulk's Blood (From 2008 Incredible Hulk Movie), the Heart Shaped Herb (from Black Panther), Spell Books (from Dr. Strange and maybe Dr. Doom and WandaVision), and other Material forms of power such as those, and Kang is said to be a Genius, being related to Reed Richards and all that, so maybe he can perfect the Super Soldier Serum, and the Goblin Formula, and the Hulk's Blood, and things like that where he can just get the power from it WITHOUT ANY of the Drawbacks or Negative Side Effects, and he uses those things on himself, like the Serum, Hulk's Blood, and the Heart Shape Herb, and he can also go back in time to The PRECISE Moment That Some of The Heroes and Villains GET Their Powers, and he can kill them off and put himself in their place, like he takes Peter Parker's Place and GETS Bit by the Spider, he takes Captain Marvel's place and gets her cosmic power, he can put himself in the Place where the Fantastic Four got their powers and get them for himself, and...(there was this one villain who was like an enbodiment of the Universe who could absorbe energy and stuff and he got his Power by having contact with the core of Galactus's ship) so maybe Kang can put Himself in that position as well and gain that power, and maybe with his tech, like energy deflectors and stuff that he can make something to take away energy and maybe he can take say... Galactus's Powers and add it to himself, along with other Over Powered Villains and Heroes, and maybe characters like ALL of the Mutants from X-Men. Do you see what I am saying ? He uses EVERYONE'S Powers AGAINST Them, and when I mean Kang, I mean Like Different Versions of Kang, Like throughout Time, and maybe some Kangs can turn themselves into Cyborgs, where they are completely attached to their extremely over powered tech (maybe some can have like implants in their eyes powered by the Time Stone so that they can See The Future and know The EXACT Move that his opponent will make BEFORE they make it, so they have the advantage there, and maybe some Kangs can get like the Infinity Stones or the 10 Rings to incorporate Into his Armor). Another Over Powered thing that Kang can do is COMBINE Powers, like Imagine Kang with the Hulk's Powers, and On Top of that he has Captain Marvel's Powers, and On Top Of That he Has His Extremely Over Powered Armor. What would ANYONE Do Against THAT ? Do you see what I am saying, that is what can make Kang a MAJOR THREAT, by Using Other Powers for Himself, to where he would still be a MAJOR THREAT WITHOUT His Armor. That is why Kang SHOULD Be The *MOST* Over Powered and *EQUIPPED* Character *EVER*

I wish that they did something like, Dr. Strange has the Time Stone, or at least one of the Time Stones, and he tries to look into the future just like he did with the events of Thanos, and they show use like... Kind of like the opening portal/gateway in Spider-Man No Way Home, or in the time bands in the beginning of the Loki finale, like the Sacred Timeline thing, except it is all green, hence the Time Stone, and Dr. Strange is traveling through it, but then all of a sudden he sees Kang's face, and then Dr. Strange just stops and gets all shocked, like his eyes are open wide, he can barely breathe, and everyone is like, "What happened !?" And Dr. Strange is like, "He stopped me from looking through time !" So it would really put more emphasis on Kang as a very great danger, because he can just overpower Infinity Stones and powers just like that.

Well...they did state Robert will be back to play Iron Man. Either it will be him from a different timeline or the same but as an A.I.
Kang's power is so far-reaching I almost forget that he's a regular human at the end of the day.
my guess is Antman will help him escape the quantum realm, and as soon as they escape him pretending to be “good” or “trust worthy”he will probably turn around and kill antman or wasp in front of him. Since the next phase is suppose to be somewhat dark/sad - I feel Kang or whatever version antman encounters is going to kill one of them in the next movie after they escape setting the stage.
He forces Scott to help him by holding Kassie hostage.

Galactus can't be Thanos, their motivations are not the same. Galactus functions to balance out life in the universe, mainly he eats planets with seeds for celestials in them so the Celestials don't overpopulate the universe. Thanos just wanted to ignore proper logic and gain ultimate power to do literally one of the most illogical things with it. Instead of using the infinity gauntlet to create infinite resources he chose to think infinitesimally small and kill half of all life in the universe to make enough room for everyone that remained. Galactus could have a different mission in the MCU but he doesn't have to be Thanos. That's the trap fans of marvel can fall into, wanting things to change but simultaneously remain the exact same. Galactus isn't even a proper challenge like Thanos, before Tony or Reed or Steve Rogers or T'Challa or even Doom himself could think up a plan or strategy to stop Galactus, he could show up loudly or silently and destroy Earth in seconds. Galactus is a greater universal threat than Thanos. In the MCU He probably will be underplayed and his power will probably be nerfed compared to how he is in the comics, but still he is a cosmic entity not a mad idiot from Titan. The avengers (whoever is left) are currently not prepared at all to fight Galactus. At the very least you really don't fight Galactus, you survive him, you reason with him, you make him a deal or you do like Doom and steal his power. Kang could be and should be something totally different from Thanos. But ironically Marvel and their slew of pointless TV shows is wasting 'time'.
Thanos and galactus are two very different people with different ideas. Thanos is just a bastard who craves ultimate power regardless what he thinks is right. While galactus is neutral he eats worlds to prevent total annihilation he brings balance
