I am the noobiest of noobs coming into the war tabletop hobby. But the grey knights immediately caught my attention. That would be my faction if i started.
The new lore for the Terminus Decree is trash. Personally, I prefer to think it's a red herring. It's referred to as the "terminus sanction" not decree. Fingers crossed.
At 1:25 you forgot to mention Hyperion ("Blade Breaker"), the Grey Knight who actually broke Angron's blade.

It's one of those weird ones.. Purging "billions" and "countless worlds" for being aware of demons, when there are plenty of other forces fighting demons & not needing to be killed.. & if it's just to hide the identity of the knights it'd hardly need to be whole planets. Still enjoyable listen!

1:12:45 I beg to differ, it's quite the opposite really. The GK have THE fewest marines, they're the physically weakest, shortest, slowest, and least battle resistant of the chapters. They don't have Primaris gene seed. Now most Space Marine chapters are better equipped/supplied than them too. The GK vehicle selection is THE worst of ALL chapters, they have no hover anything, no bikes, no drop pods, no speeders, no bunkers, no impulsors, no repulsors, no heavy artillery, no tanks, no contemptors, no leviathans, and no redemptors. Their aircraft is even worse than the Guard's, who by the way actually have things like tanks and ATVs. SM chapters have access to the tactical war suit (unless you're the GK), which is only slightly weaker than a dreadknight (still basic concept). I don't know how the Sororitas' "nundums" compete, but I'm betting they're close. To say the GK have the best equipment of the Space Marines is just 100% factually wrong, they have the worst. With the exception of their terminator armor supply, they are one of the worst supplied/equipped military units in the galaxy.

@ABorderPrince Yeah, but they could/should give the GK some special equipment. Similar to the Custodes special gear, except unlike the Custodes, the GK would use their more advanced equipment to get shit done and not just let it gather dust during a 10,000 year self imposed pitty party at the palace.

Are we still going to get videos despite GW retconning female custodes? For me, the whole setting is ruined now and I don't see the point in investing in it. Anything in the lore can be changed now on a whim just because freaks in GW want to punish hobbyists they don't like.

@maxstr It means the entire IP has now been bent towsrds promoting DEI/ESG. The femstodes change was made just to promote a social agenda. You can argue about the other recent changes, but I don't think there is really any evidence that there is a malicious intention behind them, unlike Femstodes.

Lore gets changed all the time. You think this is somehow a franchise ending change? Spider-Man as a comic survived despite a story where he made a deal with the literal devil so that people forget peter parker is spider-man. Get over yourself and stick to the stuff that you like. Canon, after all is what you decide for yourself.
