One lucky dog had a rough start in life, eventually got his happy ending.
One guy named Bob Hoelter, On his way to the store there is a bridge he has to cross over.
He heard a sound of paint under the bridge.
It was a tiny puppy scared and trembling, with a tape around his mouth.
Hoelter was shocked by what he noticed.
The first thing that he came to his mind was to get the dog to an animal hospital.
The hospital manager had alarmed the vets of the emergency of the case.
Vets realized the tape was there for more than 4 or 5 days.
How could someone be so cruel .
The dog’s skin was in terrible condition , and one of its tiny legs was broken.
The stuff provided the dog with professional help ,comfy bed , and endless love.
the man who gave louie a second chance , for a better life and treated him with lots of doggy hugs and kisses .
Louie is indeed one luck dog.
He had a rough start in life , but eventually happy ending .
