초콜릿을 듬뿍 넣어 진하고 쫀득한 퍼지 브라우니를 만들었어요~
윗면에 파사삭 부서지는 얇은 막이 생겨 더 멋스럽고 진한 초콜릿의 풍미가 가득하답니다~^^
위에 얇은 막이 생기게 하려면 달걀을 중탕한 뒤 뽀얗게 거품을 내서 만들어야 막이 잘 나오더라구요~
브라우니는 스테이크 처럼 굽는 정도에 따라 식감이 달라지기 때문에 취향에 맞게 조절하시면 좋을 것 같아요~
저는 테두리 부분은 거의 익고 중간 부분은 촉촉하고 쫀득한 느낌이 나도록 구웠어요~
굽고 냉장실에서 하루 정도 굳혔다 먹으면 쫀쫀한 느낌으로 굳어 식감이 좋은 것 같아요~

▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 16cm x 21cm
▶재료
다크 초콜릿 200g
무염버터 120g
달걀 120g
갈색 설탕 150g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
중력분 40g
코코아파우더 25g
소금 2g
▶레시피
1. 다크 초콜릿과 무염버터를 뜨거운 물이 담긴 냄비 위에 올려 중탕으로 녹인다.
2. 달걀을 풀고 갈색설탕과 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞은 뒤 뜨거운 물이 담긴 냄비 위에 올려 설탕이 완전히 녹을 때까지 섞는다.
3. 핸드믹서로 뽀얗게 거품이 올라올 때까지 휘핑하고 초콜릿 혼합물을 넣고 섞는다.
4. 중력분, 코코아파우더, 소금을 체 쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 버터를 바르고 유산지를 붙인 틀에 넣고 평평하게 한다.
5. 170도 (180도 20분 예열) 오븐에서 25~30분 정도 굽고 식힌다.

25g Cocoa powder

I tried this recipe and it's so good T_T I wanted to share with my friends but somehow by the next day it was gone, do not leave unattended Edit: here's a summary of all the steps to those amazing brownies: cut the butter and the chocolate and melt together using hot water. in another bowl take your egg, sugar, and vanilla and whisk together. put the bowl over hot water (just like we did with the chocolate) and whisk until all the sugar has melted completely. once the sugar has melted whip the mixture using a hand mixer until it's fluffy and dense. pour in the melted chocolate mixture. make sure to fold in the chocolate so the mixture will stay fluffy. add in your flour, cocoa powder, and salt and again fold until combined. pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 23-30 min, at 170 degrees.
How long did you bake yours for?!?! And was it crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside??
@@lilly1189 I baked it around 30 minutes and yes!!! The more you let it cool the crisppier it gets, but stays chewy and moist on the inside. Really those brownies are to die for

Hi! For the brown sugar what did you use? The brown sugar used in the video looked somewhat different from the normal brown sugar used. It looks here like cane sugar that’s brown so do we use brown sugar or cane sugar. Thankyou!🤗

So normally, I just watch these for the asmr before bed. But i needed to make brownies and these looked great so i decided i’d finally try one of these recipes. OH MY GOD. They aren’t even done baking and it’s the best brownie batter I’ve ever made. It’s so fluffy, mousse-y and the chocolate flavor is so rich! Thank you for this fantastic recipe it was surprisingly easy too!

I just did this recipe and they are extremely good! super soft and moist in the middle and crunchy outside. my favourite recipe so far, as it doesn't have too much sugar as well.
