@@JerryKid72 Attention. Likes = popularity and self worth. So sayeth the rules of social media. Most people are two steps from brain dead, so stuff like this still gets a bunch of attention. Lowest common denominator is king. Same reason you still see "First!!1!" and "Still listening in (year)" comments everywhere. Or people repeating lines from the video. It's only going to get worse as social media addicts reproduce and their kids get raised by social media, too. Fun times ahead

I think the healing tank was more inspired by Dragon Ball Z, espeically given the shape/design of the tank.

Another one is the cardboard boxes on the battlefield for the final battle. The reason for them is more than to just be garbage. In Naruto, One Piece, and other Shonen anime, when you want to do intense and high-quality action scenes, you may see the ground be blown up into giant cubes, or boxes. Pretty much, it's a reference of big money scenes.

Emotional dump: my brother just died a few days ago. We loved watching movies and shows together. We just discovered Noodle and Bun, he loved it and we both loved the primitive language choice for the characters. He would have loved this and busted a gut laughing. Thank you all for the work you do, I needed this.

I remember the times when I was a kid and my parents and I would fight over the TV. My father was always lying on the couch with his eyes closed, and when I tried to switch to cartoons he would open his eyes and say he was watching TV. Nowadays my parents hardly watch TV and are watching dramas on their little smart phones. I'm the only one in the family who uses the TV every day because I need to show movies and play games. It's basically a big PC monitor 🙃
