Great work! Thanks for taking the time to detail how you get such crisp edges between colors (5:55). I notice you seem to hand brush the edge that's about to get trimmed towards the edge, that's good to take note of. I sent an email asking about this last week and was stoked to see the question answered in this video.

Love your content man! For tight line work, you run a single string instead of two? I've been having trouble with that, along with separation between colors when I go to trim section outlines.

- I always use two. One strand would most likely fall out after trimming

Which gun was it you returned and which one do you normally prefer?

- I bought a cut pile from amazon but every machine on there is different. I even purchased from the same seller as my current machine and there were a lot of differences between the two. It's a gamble getting a machine I'm comfortable, but amazon has a good return policy so I'll just send it back and try again :)

- @@sclass_supply i think the one you returned is the one i have always used! it looks like exactly the same gun and makes the same sound during tufting. i didnt realize the 'feel' of the different guns would be noticeable until you brought it up in this video! ill have to try another one in the future and see the difference myself :) thanks for mentioning that part

Typically how long does it take for the 3095 dry?

- I usually glue and let it dry overnight. But I’m pretty sure it’s dry enough to apply the backing after a few hours. Some people put backing on while it’s still a little wet to avoid using spray adhesive
