    • I have loved him from the beginning. If you look back to his first videos he would give an explanation of the rug how he found it where it was going. It was so great. I have told him many times he needs to start doing that again. But I don’t know if it’s the growth that happened so fast or what. He was so innocent and charming about his rugs and showed how much he cares. I have not seen one at all like that. He just stopped doing it. Now it goes right to cleaning and all we get is a little script that reads like someone is paying him to write it. He was so genuine. I just hope it’s not the fame from it all. I still love watching his videos but the ones that he posted when he started doing this we’re amazing.

We used to hang it on the fence and beat the hell out of that rug once a week before she would soak it in the tub with warm water and Woolite. Then it would take twi of us to wring out all the wash water, hang it on the clothes line, and rinse it with the hose. It was a lot of work but she had that rug for at least 45 years that I know of. She still had it in 2017 when she passed away at the age of 102.
