@@edombre4637 I'd say I feel equally as bad for them. Granted, the Escort is much more common, but for each crash like that there's probably one less out there while the Renault most certainly will be fixed again. I've been responsible for putting one of those Escorts in the scrapyard myself, but that was back when a good used one was maybe €400. I had another after that that cost me about €150. You don't see these prices on them anymore :)
4:08 for hitting the wall twice, that Porsche suffered surprisingly little damage
Because you don't see the damage doesn't mean that there is "little damage". That car is probably totaled.

Came to the comments for this! I agree 100%.
Not always. Some days you can pass on both sides. And it seems this is such a day. But he should have left some space for the porsche, he basically pit manoeuvred himself
This looked like a race due to the crowd of spectators behind them so it was probably fine to pass on the right, but it was still 100% the Ferrari's fault. The other dude was already riding the curb when they connected, how much further did he want him to go?
Just copying sb else's comment: "The guy @20:20 knows it was his fault, he was just sharing his despair. I think he left a comment on a previous video clearing it up."

@@AfonsoBucco could you swap parts between the chevette and the kadett? I'd really love a rwd kadett 😱
@@javierriveros9833 Yes. we do it a lot here. Chevette is literally the most swapped car in Brazil. It's like Mazda Miata in the USA. We have also names for those modifications: for example, "Chevectra"; a Chevette with Vectra engine (a kadett E OHC engine with better admission parts); "Chepala", a Chevette with Opala engine (It's an iron block old american project, camshaft down in the block), Four and six cylinders, 2.5 and 4.1; Even VW AP engines are used too, due to easy market of upgrade parts like turbo adaptation. Chevettes are all great cars, all of them are RWD. The best in my opinion was a hatchback version 1.6 litre sock alcohol 100% engine.
Saddest loss there, is that beaut red Escort MK2 at 2:20 for me. He just seemed to lose concentration at a critical time. The ones who show total disregard for others, raw aggression and prang deserved to lose their prized posession !
Full understeer!
Why? Only half way there, he needs to smash the rear end too in order to get full satisfaction.
Dude you for real? Lost concentration? Do you see that dark line on the track, literally not visible from the corner entry. Even with you concentrating a 110% you'd be caught off guard. Looks like an oil spill to me and I know how that feels like on this track. There is nothing you could do anymore, except for the Grup coming back... And even if it was only moisture, braking downhill without ABS and not seeing it, when the track was dry before, I'd like to see you try concentrating your way out of it.

I feel for the drivers in the slower classes that get taken out by an impatient racer of the faster classes. Most of these accidents could be prevented when the driver of the faster car would just wait a second longer before he overtakes
2:28 that was brutal.
Nope, sadly only half the show. He should have smashed the rear end too.
hey, I wanted to show myself somewhere, I started not long ago, I drive a thrustmaster t gt2 steering wheel with a camera on the wheel and I really like motorization, you have a great channel buddy, best regards
I love all the Gran Turismo window decals. It looks just like the online races. The crashes that is.
2:51 triggered me, there is no way if you see someone going sideways at a corner in a racecar your brain goes "This is a great moment to overtake" absolute degeneracy
I think that was not an overtake, they was trying to just get around it because braking or lifting off on a high speed corner like that would immediately cause oversteer
I doubt the people who leave these kind of comments have never done any sort of motorsport ever. The Porsche was swerving around unpredictably, the merc was mid way through a corner so it would of struggles to slow down especially since it's downhill and so it's best shot was to step of the throttle, very light braking and go in the middle of the track until there was a space tho that space came a little too late. It was just really unlucky. The merc probably could of slowed down a little more but it likely expecting the Porsche to spin off and not save it right about a metre infront of him
All the supercars and made of glass BMW's who's wheels literally fall off just from clipping the apex, brings no feelings whatsoever, but that R5GTT and MK2 escort, that hurts

Those AMG's are a menace to the armco 😅
Some things I've learned. 1) the guard rails/tire walls can really take a hit and still stay standing. 2) the blue flags being waved seem to crash cars. 3) the safety car needs to deploy faster on those wrecks. Maybe installing traffic lights every so often instead of flag wavers would be better.
Blue flag is to motion for slow drivers (usually the lower class like GT4/Cup) to yield the race line to faster traffic (usually GT3 or someone lapping them). In this video I noticed not only were GT3 drivers performing extremely poor overtakes on GT4 drivers, causing crashes, but also flag marshalls were also green flagging (race go - overtake okay) during some of these crashes! That's a serious safety issue!! Thankfully even when there was a bad green flag, it looked like the drivers were at least smart enough not to perform overtakes in the middle of a crash area and slow down.
another thing i noticed, bmw's love to lose a front wheel.
0:36 he literally smashed that like button lol
