Hamas brutally murdered over 1000 innocent people in one day, including children and BABIES in their beds. The Palestinians voted for Hamas in both Gaza and the West Bank. I'm not saying that innocent Palestinians should be targeted (they should not), but at the very least, they must expect collateral damage as they bear some responsibility.

I'm an American that isn't pro hamas but isn't pro israel; I think both militaries have done and will do horrendous things to achieve their goals. The other side do not have access to clean water because of Israeli bombings, do not have access to food or medical supplies because of Israeli blockades, and have been living under the boots if their invaders for 70 years. Problems start with religion. If a person wants to accept that there was a supreme being there is nothing in the cosmological argument to indicate that the being would have any of the properties of humans. Scientists and mathematicians have no evidence to show whether the universe began from something or from nothing. God could fall under the Big Bang Theory but then God doesn't in any way need to be moral or like us or even good or could be good or evil in combination. There are hundreds of questionable moralities and dogmas found in the Old and even New Testaments. Upholding slavery or condemning billions of moral people to eternal damnation seems like a horrible thing to do. We are not even close to proving there is any kind of god much less a Christian or Muslim god and evidence that points to there being a god unless you just mean "the original creator or Big Bang creator". What is good about faith based on no scientific or good evidence? "I just believe in one less god than you do. Hamas should all surrender, give up their weapons and release hostages, then not so many people will have to die. Only when Hamas is destroyed will food, drink, water and electricity reach the civilians. There is no guarantee beforehand that Hamas will not keep everything to itself.
