I flew there with my autogyro and so stay tuned to the channel to see how the flight went.....for now let's catapult ourselves directly to the Sassuolo flying club to find out what we saw.....unfortunately I was only able to free myself on Sunday.....obviously Saturday, as per tradition, is the highlight day for all air rallies.....
EMILIA FLY MEETING was born in 2016 by a group of friends called "STURLAPIOPPI" who on a day like many of "parlamotore" (when you don't fly but talk a lot) decide to organize a meeting with friends with the sole purpose of flying /eat in company for a few days. Therefore in agreement with the Club Aeronautico Sassuolo N.P.C. we start with a few phone calls, we send a few emails, with a thousand doubts about the success of the participation. However, the organizers remain confident of doing something beautiful going forward until the Saturday of the meeting..... The first ones arrive already on Friday, little by little the field fills up. Result on Saturday evening all or almost all the Italian manufacturers and importers were present in the field joined by drivers of different nationalities. The 1.0 edition becomes a real success and from this first edition they continued to propose it in the following years encouraged by all those who participate in the EMILIA FLY MEETING.
This year the weather was on the organizers' side......Three days of full sun with almost summer temperatures......and therefore the Festival could only go wonderfully well......so much turnout, a great desire to fly, a great desire to get off to a great start with a new season of flying......
Obviously stay tuned to the channel.....in the next videos the flight from Turin to Sassuolo surfing on the very green pre-Apennines of Emilia.....
