Before the semifinals everyone had been winning Navi on Ancient. Both G2 and Faze tried to exploit Navi's vulnerability, instead of picking their strong maps. But they themselves fell into a trap.

To have the balls to go for that final 1 tap in the final 1v1 instead of a spray is insane.
Even if he held down m1 the game stops after the last round won.... so he might wanted to go for a spray but hit the 1st shot and it looks like a sick onetap even if it might not be meant one.
If you kill the last man on the last round, all movement would stop making it appear you one tapped him even if you're spraying
