    • But...why are we mad that his father & mother built financial/ generational wealth...setup a solid network around them...and established a family name that opens doors for them Kudos to the Beckhams. This is what every child deserves. As an African who comes from a culture of family legacy...belief in generational wealth etc, this is very strange commentary He's young. Of course he's been exploring numerous career options BIZZAIRE 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

    • @@kim_i_said6598 like Stephen says 'it's not his fault...but f*ck off'. I think we all know Brooklyn is a product of the world he was brought up in and he's not causing any 'real' harm to anyone (getting opportunities ahead of more talented people in photography/food is a bit annoying to people in those industries I imagine). When I saw the video title I thought 'but Brooklyn's alright isn't he?' but I found Stephen's commentary hilarious because Brooklyn does seem to lack any self awareness. That's all I ask as of nepobabies, just be aware of it and take the piss out of yourself a bit, no one choose the family they're born into but if Brooklyn had answered 'chef' to the guy asking about his car then made a joke about the car coming from his Dad's money then I'd have rated him a lot more.

  • Nepo babies aren't a big problem as long as they have the talent to back it up. Brooklyn....has none. And he seems absolutely clueless to it. The fact that he could say he's a "chef" with a straight face proves it. He never went to culinary school, never worked in a kitchen or even took an accredited class, but rather just woke up one day, thought to himself "cooking is kind of fun" and decided he was a chef.

  • The weird thing is, to achieve what he did Becks really had to put in the yards on the pitch. Kept himself in great nick, covered mad ground and was known for being a hard worker. His discipline in getting his free kick technique down to a tee is legendary. How he passed none of that on is really sad. If his son wanted to be a chef, Becks should’ve instilled in him how hard he’d have to work - go to culinary school and dedicate his life to his craft. He could do that knowing he doesn’t have any financial worries. But oh well, I guess it’s easier not working 🤷🏾‍♂️

    • @@Lazlo-os1pu yep It is just ppl being petty and being envious (the two commentators) I imagine it must be hard to grow up the son of a famous footballer Really maybe the first footballer that turned himself into a brand and model and thus earning far more than he ever could as a player… That did probably take away from the success he could have had a littlw but becks and vicky have built sth gigantic for themselves They obviously want their Kids to continue it and be well off. Now it puts a lot of pressure on the kids. From their parents probably and also from the public. I can see how crushing that could be… If one was to take it personal. The kid is trying to find a place in the world for himself. These guys should be looking at other ppl to make fun off… for example pat mahomes brother. Thats a really bad person apparently and he has rich parents and is now living off his brothers fame without trying to do sth himself. Also someone who is seeking attention while beckham gets attacked for the daniel mac vid in which he is just getting harrassed basically.

I imagine there's a thought that cross their mind that they will never surpass their parent(s) in money they earned by reaching the top of a profession because of their hardwork/talent. Then I realize they probably don't give AF and go back to living life like playing GTA with infinite cheat codes.

I don’t think it’s rocket science. Just do your time, learn your craft and work hard. That’s how we earn the respect of our peers. Even if his dad helped him get a job at a really high profile restaurant somewhere it wouldn’t matter so much as long as he was serious about the work and started from the ground up. Instead he’s doing these bits for Vogue and tv without going through the process and he gets roasted for it.
